Ordered a Nine-seater corner garden furniture set from Wowcher. I didn't read the reviews until after i bought it which made me VERY ANXIOUS!.. seeing as there were so many bad reviews. Sofa came flatpacked on time (within a week) in 3 big boxes. Took about 4/5 hours to assemble the set. Once it was all together it looked beautiful. Good quality and a lot better than i was expecting for so cheap. Thanks dreams!

I don't usually write any reviews but thought I had better stick up for this company as there are so many bad reviews. My experience has been excellent. Ordered garden furniture in early June and was given a delivery date in early July. It has all arrived about 2 weeks early! All put together in a couple of hours and all fine. While some folks seem to have had problems I can't fault them.

I’m giving this 1 star because I can’t give anything less. Don’t ever buy anything from this company! I purchased a table from the through Groupon. The table arrived relatively quickly but as it was delivered I knew it wasn’t suitable. I contacted them immediately on the phone to be told I would need to email them. I spent the next 3 weeks emailing them to arrange a collection and refund with a phone call to them a few days later to confirm it had been received. Each time I was told they can’t tell me if the email had been received or I would need to speak to one person in particular who was never there. When I finally got a response from them, there was no apology for the delay or the non existent customer service received so far. All I was told is fine we will return it but would charge a further £50 for this. When I confirm there was nothing in their terms and conditions to confirm this I was told “tough, the items fine” when I told them I wanted to raise a complaint and escalate it, I was informed that it was fine but nothing would change. I eventually contacted Groupon who couldn’t be more helpful. They arranged for a free collection within a few days and the full balance paid was back in my back within a week.Dreams living are one of the worse companies I’ve ever dealt with. The customer services is shocking. Don’t even entertain them

I have never used wowcher before but assumed it was a reliable and trustworthy company. I didn't check reviews (which I always do) and went ahead and ordered a rattan set for the garden from dreams living. It was only after I purchased that I read all the completely awful reviews and massively panicked!I called wowcher to complain as I didn't want to find myself in a similar situation of being unable to contact the merchant. They emailed on my behalf and I received an email back from dreams to say not to worry and the order would be with me a few days later. On the date given I received a call half an hour before delivery and the furniture turned up via Roadeeze. They were well packaged and all items present and in good condition. We're really pleased with it and it looks great in our garden!I do wonder if my complaint via wowcher had any impact on my experience but I'm pleased to be leaving a positive review.

If I could leave no stars I would! 2 orders made only received one as the other was damaged in their warehouse however they didn't feel the need to let me know that I only found out when half my sofa set was delivered! Said they had arranged a refund and would email me proof of this however it never happened! I have now had to open a PayPal dispute! It's a shame as the one sofa I did recieve is nice but unfortunately the other part is missing! Advice to other buyers always pay with PayPal when you using this company! Communication is poor and they are not truthful when you call!

Been waiting 6 weeks for my issue to be resolved now. Half of the sofa set arrived damaged. Nightmare to get hold of on the phone (it just rings out) and takes 2-3 weeks to reply to my emails. Worried I will never get the other half of my sofa or any sort of refund. Groupon haven't been particularly helpful either. I'm just still waiting for some sort of resolution....... the sofa set is nice though. Just terrible customer service with no communication

I ordered the rattan garden furniture through Wowcher whilst abroad on holiday. After reading the reviews online afterwards I was apprehensive! Today we took delivery and I was very pleased with the product. A slight draw back was the 12 hour delivery slot but the driver called 20 mins before he arrived which was helpful. When you consider you are paying 50% less than the going rate for furniture you have to expect similar service re. Delivery.The delivery man was helpful and brought boxes into our garden carefully. I checked the colour and was pleased that the glass was not smashed as has been previously reported. Quality appears good and was pleased that the cushions seem thick and good condition!Confirmation emails and texts from the company before delivery show that they may well have acted upon previous negative feedback. Would recommend to a friend

I almost didn't order from these guys after reading the google reviews, but they had a good deal on a sofa on OnBuy so took a stab in the dark.My experience was seamless. The estimated delivery time was around 2 weeks but the sofa arrived within 3 days.It was mostly assembled- just needed to slot the back rests onto the seats.It's a great sofa, just like in the pictures, and the reclining mechanism works just fine.It's unfortunate that some people had a negative experience with this company but mine was quite the opposite!

I bought my rattan garden furniture through wowcher. Afterwards i looked at the reviews and panicked. However i have had a very good experience with this company. My order was delivered within 3 days of ordering, a week earlier than the delivered by date. The furniture boxes were not at all damaged. The furniture inside was well wrapped in shrink wrap. All of the parts were there including all of the screws and tools. The furniture was easy to put together with clear instructions. Very sturdy good quality furniture once all up. Overall very happy.

I ordered a bed through Wowcher and paid 250 for a triple bunk bed. Everything was fine got the confirmation through and booked in for delivery 02/11/19. ‘The bed’ got delivered! I was looking at the order thinking something just isn’t right there wasn’t enough boxes. There was 2 single mattresses and that caused alarm bells to ring! They sent the wrong bed. After phoning a number various time and not being able to speak to anyone. I informed the delivery men to take it back and they said no as it was not their responsibility. Got an email through to them eventually where they ‘apologised’ and said they would arrange a collection and redelivery.They came for the bed that was incorrect and my delivery was booked in 14/11/19 where my partner took the day off work ‘which was for no reason’. Got a text while I was at work saying that the courier has part of the order missing and that they would contact within 24hours for redelivery.I am not very happy with the level of customer service. Another week where my kids have no bed. Still no confirmed redelivery. Not worth the hassle I just want my money back. Worst company ever!
