I absolutely love Scarlett's yoga classes, her style of teaching and the pace of the practice. She is an excellent teacher, giving clear and to the point instructions, making it easy to follow all the moves and the flow. Scarlett puts all her knowledge, passion and love into designing varied and innovative sequences that are truly inspirational and bring smile to my face every time I participate. I'm glad I found her!

After many false starts over the years, I am finally enjoying yoga and that’s all thanks to Scarlett! So good! She has the perfect approach and her voice is perfect for Zoom yoga. Very reassuring and encouraging! Highly recommended!
