Just started my tenancy with Northwood and thus far they have been brilliant! Personally I have been dealing with Claire who has been great! Completely understanding of my situation and always at the end of the phone or email! Like any new property there was one or two things that needed doing but they have been on it straight away. I've been a tenant with Northwood for almost a year now, and I've had no issues with them. Every time I've had to get in touch with them, they've been quick and responsive. If I've had an issue then they've arranged to get it sorted, and is usually dealt with promptly. I'm also given plenty of notice any time access to the property is needed. I would definitely recommend using them as a letting agent.
