1st time user. Whilst waiting I noticed gent in chair getting haircut and hot towel shave and appeared to be a good service as this was the same service I was here for!However, there was no comparison!When it was time to get into the chair, the older gent barber had not cleaned up after earlier client, chair footwell full of hair, floor around chair full of hair. Workstation full of hair, very uninviting.I only got a trim and the shave was nothing like the gent next to me. I was in / out within 30 minutes.Normally hot towel shave is cut throat shave and you’re usually shaved twice, I was shaved once and when I got home I realised he had missed parts.The gent next to me had the wax treatment, was wrapped in towel for at least 10 minutes. My towel was on me for 2 seconds before being taken off.Neck “massage” was akin to someone thumping you.Concept of massage is to be relaxing, there was nothing relaxing by this “massage”.I was charged same as other gent for a lesser service!Don’t think I’d rush back.

First time using this new business, and delighted with the service and results. I shall definitely use them again

Really good customer service and good haircuts you pay less to come here and walk out looking better than the other barbers
