Studio Eight Nottingham

I've been coming to Studio Eight for my nails since they opened in the city centre, and I've never had a bad experience. Everyone is super friendly and talented. I always get compliments on my nails after I've had them done!Today, Mike did a wonderful cat's eye effect on black gel nail varnish for me, and they turned out beautifully. The picture doesn't do it justice! He did my nails with care, and kept checking that I was okay with everything before going to the next step. Thank you Mike!

I love this place! they always make an effort to look after their customers offering drinks, and give the best service. The decor in the shop is lovely and the staff are always friendly and remember me when i come in! Lovely place and love my biab! Couldn’t recommend more. Prices reflect the quality of their work! My nails always look amazing. Thankyou x

Today, I had my first experience at Studio Eight and I loved it! They give real attention to detail and the atmosphere is relaxing. I can't wait to return.

Always love the results I get from here. I have BIAB infills and they last despite everything I put them through. Today Mike did my nails and he was so thorough and attentive, almost meticulous in his work. Really lovely person and very pleased with the results.

I visited yesterday to get a full set of acrylic nails and also the chrome colour.My nails were done by Mike, he made sure that I was very happy with them and was very attentive asking if they were just as I wanted them every stage. Making sure they were just perfect for me. He took his time to make sure they were the right shape thickness of acrylic and also picked out the colour for me from the images I showed him of the chrome I wanted.I have been to Studio 8 since it opened and I wouldn’t go anywhere else, I previously went to a nailsalon nearby but nowhere else takes the same time and care as Studio8. Its relaxing to sit in there and get your nails done. Beautiful decoration and clean place. 10/10Thanks again Mike.

Mike did my nails today. He kept checking that i was happy considering it was my first time coming here. He was friendly and the ladywho painted my nails for a great job. she also checked to see i was happy throughout. overall good for the price and lovely. 15% off for students also

The salon is beautiful and staff were nice however my nails were getting done and the lady stopped halfway through and made me wait for half hour whilst she did somebody else’s nails. I’ve had my nails done for a week and one has already snapped off, there is leftover acrylic left on my cuticle and the cuticles haven’t been cleaned up properly. On my right hand the index finger has not been filed properly as the acrylic is bumpy and as you can see in the picture the acrylic is textured.Overall, not entirely happy as I paid £38 for these and as a student I cannot continue to pay for services that can’t be done properly.
