Save yourself time and money and do not use this guy. 5 years after we paid him to do a simple job, he's still not done it! To make matters worse he doesn't answer phone calls and haphazardly responds to email. Once he gets the money then he doesn't care.Used Mike Dawson for property sale and he failed to register property with land registry, didn't inform us of complications and lied repeatedly when questioned about progress ect. Instead of making amendments and requesting new documents from previous owners, he let it all lapse and now 5 years later he has to start the process again. It has lost us nearly 2 sales and costs us so much. Biggest mistake we ever made. I hope this review saves someone ALOT of trouble.

We used Mr DAWSON to purchase a property in January 2022, nearly two years on, we have not received our title deeds from the Land Registry. I have chased this up numerous times and Mr DAWSON ignores the majority of my emails. When he does reply, he blames Covid for the delay and that we should just wait!I am concerned that he hasn't even submitted the documents in the first place, now he has had our money.We do not receive any reassurance or after care.I have now asked him to provide me with details of his complaints procedure, before i contact the Solicitors Regulation Authority, and again, he has ignored me.I am determined to get to the bottom of this.I would definitely think twice about using this firm.
