I cannot thank Nyree and her team enough. They were professional, friendly and helpful during the sale of our house. Our ongoing purchasing was not straight forward and the house we purchased was not through this firm but Nyree went above and beyond offering advice and support throughout the whole process. We obtained our mortgage using Lauren Clark who works here and she was fabulous too. I would highly recommend Green & Company Castle Bromwich. Absolutely fantastic people. Professional courteous. Great value. This is the 3rd time I’ve sold with them. Definitely the best in the area. Very trustworthy and always ready and willing to help. My only grumble is I wished their office was air conditioned as when the sun shines through the window it gets extremely hot and uncomfortable.

Green & Company Castle Bromwich were helpful because got full asking Price for property within a week and sale completion in 3 months and did so in friendly and enthusiastic fashion. Would also recommend Green lettings who managed rentals on same property for many years.

From day one with Lauren to the exchange with Ian, Greens have been so so helpful and did it with a smile. Nothing was too much to ask and they fight your corner every day until the job is done. I would highly recommend anyone to use Greens when purchasing a property!

I don't even think Green's estate agents at Castle Bromwich even deserve 1 star, but I cannot give zero. We where buying a property through this branch for 7 months, up until the end of January 2023, that was when our mortgage offer, which we had extended, ran out. The property we wished to buy still had not gone through by then, so we could not continue. No one at the branch showed any concern, the only time we even heard from the branch manager was an email after 7 months, stating a failed sale. They just did the bare minimum, then when we complained to the director,Mr Watkeys I received a very blunt reply, and he blamed everyone else, the sellers solicitor, the leasehold management company , but ofcourse, not the estate agents who where selling the flat. We lost our great mortgage rate, 2.5%, and still had to pay all our fees, all for nothing. So my advice is, don't use this estate agent to buy or sell, as if they had been truthful with the actual property management fees, which where double than what we where told we would not have even considered buying the property. And the fact that cannot be disputed by Greens, is that we only found out the real leasehold fees after 7 months of being in the buying process... on our final day of the mortgage offer running out, and our solicitor had no time to complete the necessary checks as there was no time left. In my opinion, this flat shouldn't have been put on the market until all the necessary paperwork was in place, and how on earth did it take 7 months for this to happen is a disgrace, and a waste of months of our time, and money. And to end the sale/fiasco, the flat went straight back on the market, and it was SSTC within 24 hours.

Very friendly and on the ball when they want your business. Initially had to make 3-4 phone calls to have all the mistakes (12 photos that were repetitive, incorrect descriptions on at least 3 of the rooms, incorrect floor plan for downstairs) on the websites rectified to give accurate description of property. When I called to advise that we would not be using their recommended solicitors due to cost, the agent we'd been dealing with never bothered with us again and we had to make phone calls to them for updates. Only found out we had a viewing during a chase up call! However, during any contact with the staff, they were all very pleasant and courteous. As I stated in an email to them, they were very on the ball when it came to sending their invoice!! No response.....

I would want to say a big thanks to my mortgage and insurance agent, Ms. Fleur O'Rourke of Green & Company, who has helped me secure mortgage on 3 house purchases. She is very professional and experienced but still managed to cater individual needs patiently. Fleur is very approachable and always responded to my queries instantly. I felt I have been advised all the options available to me with detailed explanations so that I could make informed decisions. I understand she has recently moved from the Sutton Coldfield branch to the Castle Bromwich branch and I wish Fleur all the best with her works in the new office.

Very thankful for the great service we received from Green and Co. From the amazing photos taken by Paul for our house sale to the daily support from Nyree regarding our sale we would definitely recommend Green and Co to our family and friends.
