Ben's Gutters Truro

Steve came and cleaned my gutters and found a problem with union joint and it started dripping, annoyingly it was an overcast day when he sealed it, it then continued to drip after the work. So he came back with no hesitation and fixed the problem by re-sealing it with no extra cost. Great customer service, and went out of his way to squeeze me in a full busy day to repair the leak. Great company, great value for money, really friendly too.

Easy process to book, with only a few days lead time. Turned up on time. Good value. Would use again.

Had my disabled elderly mother's gutters cleaned inside and out by Bens Gutters. Just went up a ladder to check the areas that I can access and this is what I saw! Cant express how disappointed and saddened I am to see this after putting trust in this company. Will be claiming a refund asap and will now have to source another company to do it properly. A waste of our time and money.Update >> After complaining to the company and showing photo evidence they immediately apologised and issued a full refund with complete understanding. Thank you for the excellence customer service on the back end. Shame about the actual quality of the clean on the front end.
