I approached Cary via email having searched for help with my situation on google. Cary was very helpful and patient and gave me lots of info to take to my supplier. It is this type of no strings service that prop really need when facing a potentially distressing and costly situation. We have just used this company and have found them to be upright and very fair, in this world it's very hard to find a company that will give you good and sound advice, even if it's not what you want to hear, but here is one of those companies, we got full advise, without costing us a single penny, now that is very unlikely these days a lot of companies would make an appointment called around, made a report and sent you a bill in the hundreds but this company did not do that, they gave us there take on our problem in a email from our pictures and we can only thank them for that in a big way, we will not hesitate to use them again.

I have a problem with an engineered floor fitting which is not getting resolved between fitter and supplier. Cary is very knowledgable and has given me some tremendous advice on the best way forward. He has given me something to discuss with the fitter and I’m grateful for Cary’s time.
