Absolutely fabulous! Customer services was spot on! Vickie was fantastic, they didn't have the ring in my size and she kept in touch and hunted high an low and eventually found it! I am elated! Over the moon and so very grateful for Vickie's help

Took my diamond earrings back into store after losing the butterfly back from one of them due to it being loose and actually losing the earring for a short time too, I had only worn then a handful of times before this happend.Visited the Galleries (Washington) store today and Carol was amazing, she replaced both butterfly backs at no charge, excellent customer service! We got measured for our wedding rings by her lovely colleague while we waited and will be back to purchase soon!
