Awful experience no matter when you go. The staff is so incompetent they rather establish a self service system. Today I needed an article that showed available in the store but couldn't find it, when asking a member of staff he had no idea what customer service us and where to look for the product. I've informed him of the availability online and asked him if he can check k the stock. He left and I've haven't seen him in the following 30min I've waited and asked another member of the staff about it. She was more helpful amd advised me to rather order the article online and receive it it store.

One of the best H&Ms I've been to, really nice inside plenty of clothes and sale items where you can get bargains and a good children's section too. Would definitely recommend, looking forward to going back here.

I bought a fair bit of stuff and tried the man's bracelet right at the checkout immediately after purchase and found it to be faulty. I was issued with a refund ticket and told to wait up to 3 weeks for the refund. 2 months later, still no refund.The store says phone customer service who say phone the store. So you can't win.What a way to rob your customers.

Polite friendly staff. Got there early so it wasn't busy. The range of clothing is good but need to check the sizes as 2 identical items of the same size can vary greatly.

Calm atmosphere, spacious and easy to spot suitable pieces. Queing is usually smooth. Random in-store and/ membership deals. Reasonable prices, items for the whole family or individuals.

Was bit disappointed because of the clothes age 12 to 16 which are not in store have to order online. Please keep this age clothes in store too.
