I was getting contradictory information about billing. It turns out the phone app was set wrong at the shop where I bought it - black mark to them. But the lady at the shop in Durham was pleasant and competent - got it sorted and explained. Gold star to her.

The manager was absolutely amazing, he is a total asset to Vodafone unlike your call centre in Scotland and Egypt. I have spent 9 hours on phones and visited another store that couldn’t sort. My thanks to him

Shocking experience, very unskilled and unhelpful staff the day I visited (16/02/22)... couldn't provide me a replacement sim card after being a loyal customer for 2 years as they don't sell voxi" even though I was told to visit by multiple vodafone staff online and they had a voxi poster in the window. Went to the o2 shop round the corner and switched the same day I visited lol"
