Accessible Children's Yoga
My daughter has really enjoyed this class. She loves the mix of ways Sarah gets her doing yoga poses. Now when she sees me do (other) yoga classes she tells me my yoga just isn't fun! It such a welcoming environment and Sarah encourages everyone to do what they feel comfortable with. Different levels for different ages - I recommend it.

Sarah is a wonderful teacher and holds a supportive, fun and regulating space for childrens' yoga. A fantastic class that my little one loves and looks forward to each week.

Accessible Children's Yoga
My daughter’s confidence has flourished since she’s been going to yoga classes with Sarah. Not only is Sarah a great teacher but she thinks about each child as an individual. Having Spoken to Sarah after classes, I know that she’s done a lot of training in child development and wellbeing… and it shows! My daughter is always excited to go to yoga classes and is always buzzing afterwards!
