Amazing restyle from Kelly.Absolutely love my new hair style, cant fault a single thing. I was made to feel very comfortable and safe from the minute i arrived. All staff members were so lovely. Would recommend 100%

Good customer care. I always get a good cut, everyone loves my hair following cut. Friendly staff, good atmosphere. Can get beauty treatments, refreshments available. No parking. I would not use any other hairdressers my self. Not a gossipy salon, which I have experienced in past. No parking available.

Great experience at boldero and filby, with special thanks to Emily. I had visited a month earlier to get my hair cut and then came back for a baylage. I had asked for a red colour baylage and had a fantastic result. Great environment, lovely team and a nice warm drink while waiting.

Lucy was the hairdresser I had gotten and she did an amazing job! Very pleased with my hair results. Would recommend this place to other friends <3

The place itself is lovely, well styled and spacious and with a very cute little coffee bar (and I didn't even get to check upstairs). Prices are also very reasonable and the staff (who I met at least) were very friendly and they always manage to fit me in somehow at short notice.My first visit was slightly disappointing due to the cut I received and so I only gave the place 3 stars. However I decided to give B&F a second chance and have, in fact, returned for a third cut since.The second time I got a better cut. This was partly due to me being a bit more specific about how the stylist cut my hair, partly because she was clearly more experienced by then and also because she was good enough to remember me and better understand my hairstyling needs.Trusting the place more, I returned a third time but had a new stylist. Again I made sure I specified very carefully what I wanted rather than expecting her to ask, and I was happy with the result.So I've upped my rating of them from 3 to 4 stars. Who knows...another good visit and it might make 5!

Had such an amazing day here today with Michael very experienced in his work and a great personality. Can not recommend highly enough Such a professional salon and amazing people.So pleased with my haircut and colour.Can not wait for my next appointment.

4 years too late writing this review but had the best haircut ever here. Only haven't come back as I moved to Birmingham where I can't find a hairdresser as good. Whoever I had did an amazing job on my curly hair. She dry cut the curls after also, which no one else has done, it really helped the shape.

I visited Boldero & Filby for the first time at the beginning of July. My hair was in need of a refresh, and the reception team recommended an appointment with Kelly. She was absolutely fantastic - she listened to what I wanted out of my new hairstyle, and came up with something perfect. I felt really at ease and looked after the whole time, and left with a beautiful haircut and style that made this new mama feel wonderful again! The salon decor is really gorgeous & makes the whole experience a real treat too - I'll definitely be returning. Thank you so much Kelly!

This is one of the best Salons I have ever attended . Terry did marvellous job. Excellent customer service . Initially there was a problem with my desired hair colour and I was a little upset . I contacted them and they were very welcoming . They treated it with exceptional professionalism. Terry is the best hair colourist I ever had. He did excellent colour correction while considering that I was very touchy about my hair health and condition he took extra care.Now I want to get further appointment and I learnt that he does not take new clients .....I am heart broken . I have requested an appointment with him and I hope I will get it . All staff lovely and friendly . Highly recommended Saloon.
