We have just bought our first home through Horton Knights and can't recommend them enough! Roger was helpful throughout and quick to reply to keep things moving. Thank you for your help throughout our first home-buying experience!

Poor customer serviceI just want to make people aware of Horton Knight estate agents in Doncaster.We had an offer accepted on a property they were selling in Doncaster, we had sold our house but it was in a chain.Eventually two weeks ago we accepted an offer from a couple who had no property to sell and were ready to move.I called Horton Knight the next working day to be told that the bungalow we had the offer accepted on was now sold wit solicitors involved .I think it would have been courteous to have informed us of this as we then had to let the couple down who wanted our property.I did email the agent but have not even received an acknowledgment.Not sure what the procedure is but a simple phone call or email would have saved upset .Date 21/07/23

Just sold my house with Horton knights. Would recommend them 100%. Girls in the office are polite and helpful and Roger is excellent. Couldn't fault them.

Quite possibly the easiest 5 stars I've ever given. I was in no doubt when Frances and Darren Horton came out to see my property, they were the obvious choice to take it to market. They are honest, friendly and passionate about achieving the right price - which incidentally they valued at £100,000 -£150,000 more than other agents, and achieved an offer for full asking on the first day it went live!The team who look after the process of sale are nothing short of outstanding; professional, friendly and extremely efficient, and Chloe's presentation of the brochure is exceptional! A special shout out to Roger; the manager, who is quite honestly one of the nicest guys, and someone I would call a friend going forward. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge, with a unique ability to manage different personalities. He has consistently gone above and beyond and has frequently taken my calls well into the evening, after closing.Roger found me my new dream home also; introducing me to a property that he felt met my requirements and tastes.I would not hesitate to use or recommend this amazing family owned business.If you want your house sold with a smooth transition to completion, look no further.If I could give more stars I would - having had dealings with other agents, I would rate them the best in Doncaster, without doubt.

We have only good experiences with agents. They are very well organized and professional. They respond quickly to any inquiries. Roger, who works in the office, made sure that the process went smoothly and it certainly cost him a lot of work. Francis helped us find buyers, his experience and patience with clients is immense. We are very grateful. We have already recommended to friends in Doncaster because it is for sure the best estate agency in town.

We agreed a price to buy a property that they were advertising. We eventually agreed an offer for our property from a couple who were ready to move. However when we called Horton Kniĝhts to inform them we were ready to proceed they informed us that the property had been sold to another buyer and proceedings had started a month earlier.I fully accept them selling the property to someone else but they could have had the decency to tell us. This would have saved heartbreak to ourselves and the couple buying our house.
