So came here looking to purchase wheels for our VW Camper, don't get me wrong they have a beautiful collection. However, zero customer service- so if we're going to spend a lot of money on a set, I at least expect some service, even a can I help" - but nothing."

Fantastic - wish I'd found them earlier!A few weeks back, I replaced all four wheels and tyres on my car. After doing this, I had nothing but problems with vibrations and shaky steering. I previously visited three local garages and paid out for alignment and two lots of wheel balancing. Each time, I came out and the situation was worse (while also being told by each garage that whoever balanced the wheels was wrong).I then found Alloywheels in Rochford from an online recommendation. Within an hour, they had found the problem and rectified it for £25. They showed me what was wrong so I knew I wasn't being fobbed off!I highly recommend this company.

1 of the most unprofessional and shambolic firms I have had to deal with, lied to time after time, paid £1254 outright for wheels and tyres, black wheel nuts, black locking nuts, they sent me the wrong wheels, still not received my locking nuts and wheel nuts after been fobbed off again. I would definitely not deal with this firm again and would rather take my business to a honest firm, I'm glad I paid via credit card as I think I may need there back on a charge back as I've clearly been ripped off for some items. Steer clear is my experience.

Everyone please think very carefully about where you spend your hard earned money.Spent over £800 on a set of 1form wheels, had to wait weeks for them to arrive.Got the tyres fitted on the new wheels, I'm very fussy with my cars so gave them a good check over and all was good.After only 2 months they are all covered in scatches, I take car cleaning very seriously and always detail my cars using all the correct and best products.Always 2 bucket method too.I have complained to this company about the issue to be told its either my fault while cleaning or the tyre fitters mishandling of the wheels.Absolute rubbish and didn't want to help.The wheels don't have a good coat of paint or lacquer on them which is the reason these are scratching so badly.Avoid this company and go somewhere else

Finally had a new set of alloys fitted to my Seat Cupra R. After various testing to ensure alloy fit we chose on design and could not be happier. Would recommend AlloyWheels to anyone. Great customer service and go out there way to help. Highly recommended. I will be back for sure!

I spent £800 on a wheel and tyre package. First time I used this company so I was expecting something to go wrong.. They arrived when they said they would... I took my old wheel off, put the new one on, the bolts didn't go through the holes. They sent the wrong bolts. Not only that, i paid extra for locking bolts and they sent the wrong ones as well.. Not a professional service at all...

Utterly terrible.Sent my wheels to them to be refurbished some time ago when advertised as The wheel Hospital" and took 7 months to get them back after numerous excuses and blatant lies.Demanded they return them or I would take legal action and they had the audacity to demand a credit card payment before they would release them.When they arrived back they were the wrong colour and none of the work they were supposed to have done to repair a buckle in one wheel was carried out.This was a while ago when the manager was a guy called "Andy" and so things may have changed but I wouldn't touch this lot with somebody else's barge pole."
