I have a two bedroom flat on the Bexhill seafront. Rachel was recommended to me by my letting company. I started with a trial clean and now she does the cleaning, laundry and, when I am away, the welcome basket. Rachel has very high standards like my own and I am completely happy with the service I get and would recommend spiff+spruce Ltd to anyone who wants good quality service for a holiday let.

Serious, reliable and professional cleaning seemed to us to be unobtainable, until we encountered Rachel & her Company Spiff & Spruce. We have a good sized premises, Rachel came to 'survey' our requirements, and based on others experience, we gave her the green light to 'deep clean' for us. Rachel and her team clean our salon/beauty/wellness rooms every week. We hired Spiff & Spruce because they were super fast to respond to our enquiry, and very professional. They were also able to send two colleagues at a time, making it so much easier to fit the cleaning in around our opening times.Being situated within a 15th century Rectory, there are plenty of cobwebs and nooks and crannies to get into. The cleans are thorough and fast, and any issues are rectified immediately.Rachel is also really friendly and easy to talk to! Would highly recommend to any other businesses.

Rachel and the spiff + spruce gang are really wonderful to work with. They provide a 5 star service and are a really friendly and kind bunch of people. I have hired the team for a few reasons over the past couple of months: to do an end of tenancy clean on a one bedroom flat (that is covered in cream carpets throughout, so no easy feat), a pre-moving in clean on a house that has had building works done (2 story, three bedroom house) and now a regular (bi-weekly) domestic clean for the same property. I cannot recommend the team highly enough - they are brilliant.

Spiff + Spruce is an outstanding company with outstanding service. Rachel and her team manage our holiday let property near Hastings and have been an absolute dream to work with. They are always on hand and able to sort out any problem or issues quickly and with out stress. The house is left spotless and their standards and service is truly 5 star. Nothing is too much for them. To be honest, I have never worked with a cleaning or management company with such high standards, such excellent communication and such wonderful customer service. They have completely taken the stress out of having a holiday let, this is very important as we live over 2 hrs away from the property.My only complaint is that I wish they could manage my house in London as well!!! That would be amazing!! Maybe I can convince Rachel to open a London branch!!!I highly recommend Spiff + Spruce and can assure you that working with them will be an excellent decision!!!

Spiff + Spruce did an excellent job for us. It was a massive job for a new home that had not been touched in a while. The team were amazing. The cleaning was beyond thorough, it was like walking into a new house. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I reviewed Spiff and Spruce a few years ago, when Rachel and the team first started cleaning our home (we let it out as an airbnb as we have to live away for work.) I CANNOT SING THEIR PRAISES HIGHLY ENOUGH. Over the past two years, we have hosted several hundred people, and never had less than 5 stars for cleanliness. Not only do they check each individual plate in the cupboard, clean the fridge, under the furniture, the windows, the light fittings and every tiny detail... Rachel accommodates last minute bookings, deliveries of loo roll, washing up sponges, coffee and tea. She lets in people who have lost their keys, she helps me find tradespeople to sand down a work surface when it's been scorched by a guest. Rachel is SO organised, efficient, kind and pleasant to work with (and puts up with my utter disorganisation with an outward smile, which is no mean feat.) I would be totally lost without Rachel and the team's services. I trust her completely and cannot sing her praises high enough. This is not just a cleaning company, it's a concierge service and worth every single penny. If I could give them ten stars I would...

Rachel and her team provided a first class service. We are regularly told how clean our property is from guests staying in our Airbnb rental.Rachel is always responsive and will do everything to make the running of our holiday let a smooth experience.
