I have been going to FJRS for a while now and everytime I have been has been a pleasure to meet and speak to Fredrick. His work Is absolutely amazing and thorough and goes that extra to make sure the car is done properly. I am very happy to know Fred and take my car to him.When I need my service or upgrades to the car I know I can trust Fred with the car and have no doubt about the pricing as the car will be done to a very high standard!

Last year I finally purchased my dream RS and I wanted to someone I can trust to look after it when it requires servicing etc. So many people recommended FJRS to me, I couldn’t fault. It was my first and i drove from Manchester and soon as I got there I saw all the RS and ST parked outside, dream come true. I was greeted by Fred who was super friendly. Fred and the team are super excellent and go through everything and explain everything to you. They even provide printed pictures. The servicing carried out was top notch and with so much care and attention and explanation with any niggly bits. The garage is an amazing setup with nice place to relax and snacks to eat. If you own a Fast Ford then FJRS team are the ones to go too. Trust me you will walk out smiling. See you again soon guys.

Amazing customer service from Fred and the team from the first point of contact. No question was too silly to answer and despite their extreme knowledge it was never an effort answering my questions. Although I booked in to have a few parts installed I bought more parts to be fitted and Fred went out of his way to get them installed for me. I spent 7 hours in their waiting area (due to the number of parts being installed) which was equipped with a TV, magazines and free drinks, chocolates and crisps and the time flew by due to chatting to other like minded customers and being in a comfortable environment with no egos. Thanks again and see you soon.

Out of this world. Honestly the best customer service I've experienced, full stop. Ever taken your car to a mechanic where you're sitting in a comfortable lounge, sipping complimentary hot drinks, watching Top Gear on a large telly and having a member of the team walk you through, in detail, what they've done to your car, what they've found and suggestions for improvements, but never feeling in any way like it's a sales tactic or anything other than an expert in their field who genuinely cares about what they do? No? Neither had I until I visited FJRS, it was well worth the two hour drive, I will be back!

Really impressed with FJRS. Went for a service, MOT and timing belt change. Fred was great, he explained everything in detail and kept me informed of how the work was going. The waiting area is exceptional with comfy sofas, TV, coffee, snacks, cold drinks, etc. Won't be taking the car anywhere else.

Such a fantastic company to deal with, Fred and Johnny left us feeling completely at ease and I felt extremely happy with both the level of customer service, work completed on my car and how understanding they are with someone who is extremely particular. I have found it increasingly difficult to find people within the motor trade with a high level of customer service and an attention to detail that is completely unrivalled and FJRS went above and beyond, absolutely brilliant. I would happily recommend and urge anyone who cares for their car to take their pride and joy to FJRS!!! Thank you again guys, we will be back!

FJRS came highly recommended by some good friends of mine. I initially began communication with Fred in April 2023 to get an understanding of cambelt packages and prices for one of our cars due to the age and it being due in 2024.One email turned into several, as I had so many questions, Fred answered all of these as well as recommended some local businesses by advising of their services which I think is such an honourable thing to do to support your local community.Upon arrival Wednesday 22 November I was greeted by Fred, we had a walk around the unit, met the team as well as shown the awesome “Mancave” which was incredible, in addition there were a whole variety of refreshments available, completely complimentary by the team as well as wi-fi and charging ports should you need to work while you wait. Fred also advised of the local shopping village that was about 10-15 minutes walking distance down the road, this included your usual designer shops and restaurants which I made use of.Throughout the day Fred checked on me and another petrol head that was having some work done to his vehicle. We inspected my car together and was given some recommendations on what to replace, most of which I kindly asked the team to accommodate.Fred and the team were so professional throughout, I was treated like family, they didn’t try and shame me for not having the best car or single me out, pull the wool over my eyes or charge silly prices which I’ve been a victim of more than once.When we finally wrapped up the day, Fred talked through what had been completed, the additional bits i requested, any questions i had and then handed me a professional portfolio of documents. I was delighted I genuinely didnt expect, pictures before and after, fact and advisory sheets and some other bits. In addition there was none of ‘I take pound notes only’, FJRS will accept cash and or card there is no funny business.I’m delighted with the team at FJRS, the car and I will be a returning customer, to add FJRS is a 6 hour round trip for me.

Best place to go if you have a performance Ford or even just a Ford in general. Great new place put together by Fred and team, excellent waiting area and facilities. Always a pleasure going there for work and to have a good chat about anything car related. Highly recommended.
