The service guys who came to repair our alarm system yesterday were great, very efficient, professional and friendly. They sorted out the two problems we had with it and checked everything very thoroughly. The cost of replacement parts and the service was very reasonable. We would certainly recommend this company.

I contacted Katana on behalf of my elderly mum, on recommendation from my neighbours. My mum’s alarm system was over 20 years old and the installer was not locatable. The alarm was going off at random times. I assumed it was the battery but rang Katana, spoke to a very understanding, sympathetic colleague who booked my mum in for a visit the following day.The engineer who visited my mum was extremely friendly, respectful and thorough in his analysis of the issue, replaced the battery and gave the alarm box a good clean.He didn’t put pressure on my mum to upgrade or buy a product she didn’t need.As a result of the very considerate service and very reasonable price that my mum was charged, my husband and I are considering upgrading our alarm system with Katana in the very near future.Thank you so much, Katana.
