Was so excited My 1st day off christmas offer pinged in my email. Choose items only to be told by a must unhelpful young boy in st james store that I could not use the offer in that store and just go to princes Street.

We visited to speak with a pharmacist and I was very impressed the way he spoke to my granddaughter. He was so friendly and made me superfluous as my granddaughter knew exactly what to tell him.

Called yesterday for an emergency eye check, never received a call back. But boots is amazing so ofcourse something was wrong. I went to them they helped me within minutes. Checked me in by Mr Neil and he was amazing. So kind caring. AAA service as always.

Poor customer service. Asked the pharmacy the best thing for a sore back as was struggling to walk, and not helpful at all. Left empty handed and went to another chemist ten minutes away. Won't be back.

Asked a question in the pharmacy and the pharmacist didn't even bother to come and speak to me. The assistant just said we can't help you, despite the NHS website advising to speak to a pharmacist about the issue.

Went to buy a £100 electric shaver. I was directed to the locked cupboard where they were displayed by a helpful assistant who guided me right across the store. She returned to her duties and I was left to choose a shaver. I selected one and went to get help to get it out of the cabinet There was no one around anywhere and no help point to be seen. Hung around for a awhile but still no one about. I'll shop online for my shaver. Don't bother opening your doors for me.

Went today to get my prescription for asthma inhalers. The lady at the desk who served me was extremely kind and signed me up for a repeat prescription which I wasn't even aware of. Great service and very kind

Such a great experience at Boots in the St. James Quarter. I went in looking for a concealer and Alisha (worked at the makeup section) helped me find the correct shade for me, was really friendly and sweet and very knowledgeable! Also, gave me tips on how to apply it and was extremely helpful all around! Thank you Alisha! :)

On Saturday I stupidly fell on my face and hurt my nose. Luckily for me one of your staff members, a lovely kind girl called Gen, came to my rescue. She gave me a pack of tissues and took me to see the duty pharmacist who I think was called Carl(?). He checked if I’d broken my nose, cleaned my face and patched me up. The kindness that was shown to me by these two members of your staff was exemplary and deserves credit. Thankfully there was no lasting damage, except to my pride! Nan Hughes
