Large shop, had the exact synthetic sax reed I wanted. Lots of books mainly and a few instruments. Looks like a holding shop for stock as there's a lot boxes around.

We were recommended to go there as we were looking for an electric piano for our 10 yr old daughter. They were excellent, really helpful and knowledgeable in a very pleasant, gentle way, no pushy sales at all. Piano bought, free delivery and helpful set up. Daughter overwhelmed and very excited! Very satisfied all round. Would recommend without hesitation. So much better experience buying something from a helpful local shop than from the internet just because it might be a little bit cheaper.

Excellent customer service. I was having problems tuning my cello. It was checked over and retuned on the spot and at no charge. All the staff were very helpful.

They were really helpful. They tuned up my violin and adjusted the bridge. They secured the chin rest back onto my violin as well which had come off. All of this took time and they did it for free. And then they fetched my 4 year old a glass of water as she was thirsty! Really helpful, kind and polite customer service. Will definitely be returning to this shop and would recommend it to others. Thank you.

My first experience of this place. I found the girl very helpful with good advice for re-stringing and tuning my 5 years olds cheap guitar that I got for her on ebay that came with rubbish strings, it was impossible to tune . Got some classical strings for it and It's now sounding lovely till princess gets her hands on it anyway =P

Staff are the best. They really put themselves out and know their stuff, and are very professional. I spent over an hour choosing the best instrument for me, with the benefit of their professional experience. It's the kind of help I wouldn't get online, which has given me the piece of mind I need buying an expensive instrument that I'll have for a very long time. And they offer a helpful friendly backup service too.I'm really glad I went there.

I don't live in this area, but ordered sheet music online. They had it at the best price I was able to find anywhere, and it arrived very quickly and safely in perfect condition. My husband who made the purchase actually made a mistake on the order details, which they spotted and called to check and resolved - it then arrived the next day (the joy of having actual humans who care about getting things right processing orders - sadly rare these days). Amidst the chaos of online shopping in the Christmas of COVID - this was one of my best and easiest transactions, a welcome relief from chasing down delayed or incorrect orders from other retailers. Absolutely no doubt I will be trying here first for my music next time!
