If I could give this place less than 1 star I would!Not sure how I managed to keep my bum in my seat for the entire appointment. Nail tech had absolutely no interest in her job! She was rude, didn't listen to what I wanted, and then tried to scold me when I pointed out I had explained and showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted, said she didn't notice the picture I was shower her on my phone??? She was rough, pulled my hands around and dug her nails into me throughout! The entire thing was wholly uncomfortable! I couldn't wait to leave !Awful place! I will not return!..

The staff are so rude. Upon asking how they remove my old manicure using acetone, and realising I only wanted a simple nail colour without gel, therefore cheap, the man said I should go elsewhere, I spoke to others with similar experiences and I understand the staff are rude to mostly black customers.

I am very disappointed with the way in which I was treated. I sat waiting for a pedicure for 40mins and it was my turn to be seen. The girl called me over and because an another client who had just finished having her finger nails done, told them she wanted a pedicure was prioritised before me. My daughter and I were very loyal customers and were always happy to wait out turn but this was unacceptable. I walked out and will never return.

You go to a salon to be pampered cared for.... but this was the worse experience ever... They were rude and very unprofessional....I paid in full but had to leave with my nails not done.... I do not recommend this place at all.... I think they issues with black people.

I always leave with better nails than I arrived with. Convo if I want it, very smiley and friendly staff. I think some of the comments suggesting rudeness are just language barriers and not knowing the process to book / when to turn up. If you ask when is best to come they will honestly tell you and there is no wait. Defo best nail salon in Chelmsford

My first time here but I would hands down recommend! The best Nail shop in town! Can’t wait to return x

Have been a regular customer for over 5 years but rudeness of one (male) member of staff means I shall go elsewhere now. Rude, not friendly, not a pleasant experience. Cash only (HMRC????). Not the only person to experience this.
