Great selection of dresses, lovely staff

One word to describe this place .... SPECIAL. I have been to a few bridal shops and this one is just amazing. The standard of customer service is second to none. Nothing is ever too much trouble for them, they are always willing to help (and I have been a pain lol) They are very responsive through messenger which is so helpful. Gemma and Sam are just so lovely, they honestly can not do enough for you. Please if you are looking for your wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses, mother of bride dress, flower girl dresses, veil, accessories or shoes go to this shop, I can not recommend it enough. I still have a few more visits which I am looking forward to. Thank you again for making my time so special and look forward to coming back soon. Sarah ❤️

Amazing selection, lovely staff, and all dresses I tried on were a size 14. As most bridal shops only stock a size 12 this was a real surprise and it meant i could fit perfectly into the dresses. I travelled all the way from London to try on these dresses. Well worth the trip!

I visited this shop a couple of days ago and just had to write a review. Gemma, the lady who owns the boutique was so friendly and down to earth. It was nice to have exclusive access to the boutique while I was there and it made the experience much more comfortable than the larger bridal shops I have been to. There was no pressure to buy on the day and it felt like Gemma really cared about me finding that perfect dress, whether it was at her boutique or not. I would absolutely recommend a visit to this boutique and booking an appointment first. It's worth knowing that this place also has a wedding planning service, which a friend recommended to me and which I may well be using! Thanks for a lovely afternoon, Gemma!

Got my prom dress from here, all the staff were really helpful, happy to let you try as many dresses as you like. They had a really wide choice and you can choose your colour. Alterations made sure it fit perfectly. Would definitely recommend!

My daughter chose her bridesmaids dresses from this shop after looking all over for what she wanted but to be honest it has been a nightmare from the beginning. The bridesmaids were measured at the beginning of 2016 and the deposit was paid. We told the owner we would like to come back later in the year to be remeasured before dresses were ordered and i purposely had not paid the 50% that was required before any ordering could take place. When i rang later in 2016 to return to be remeasured i was informed the dresses had already been ordered.When the dresses arrived we returned to the shop to try them and it was obvious alterations were required due to the fact the bridesmaids had altered.I asked if we could leave the dresses at the shop and i was assured they would be kept until they were needed. I explained i would have to find someone local to me to make the alterations due to logistics of all bridesmaids getting together.I rang last week to arrange to pick the dresses up to be told by the person answering the telephone that she didn't recognise the name i had given and had i gor the right shop? I was appalled at her abrupt manner towards me. She told me she didnt have my dresses she then rang the seamstress that the shop uses and they were with her. Apparently the business eas sold in December 2016 unknown to me.I asked her to get the dresses to the shop and i would collect them.I went to collect them and again her attitide was appalling. I said i was surprised the previous owner had not informed me they were selling to which she replied very abruptly that legally they didn't have to. That maybe so but surely it would.have been courteous to do so. She said nothing had changed though so i asked if when i had had the dresses altered could i return with them (as agreed with previous owner) so they could be steam pressed. She refused.I would not recommend this shop.
