We came here last week for our friend's birthday and it was amazing! Delicious food, loads of choices for veggies and vegans too! Amazing cocktails and absolutely lovely staff, we were served by Connie who was really helpful and friendly, will definitely be coming back here again!

We just had a meal for four for my nieces birthday. We shared a large selection of small plates and a couple of sushi platters washed down with several cocktails.The food was excellent, and likewise for the young chap serving us.Not a complaint but I’d have liked a larger selection of cocktails and drinks, especially anything with rum. They did get us drinks which weren’t on the menu and that’s always appreciated.We would certainly return. One of the best meals I’ve had locally.

We recently visited this sushi restaurant and were delighted by the delectable food. The flavors were outstanding, and the presentation was visually stunning. The entire dining experience was exceptional, making it a must-visit spot for sushi lovers.

We came for my partners birthday with a large table of 7 and the staff accommodated us so well. The waiting staff were super kind and helpful and did everything they could to make it a special evening. The only thing I would recommend is that because we was sat out the back and the Sorella staff were around also, it proved difficult to distinguish between which staff was working for which restaurant, so maybe a differentiating apron or something would help. The food was amazing and received great reviews from all of our party and to top it off there was a great live performer who we all agreed made our night. As the birthday dessert was brought out for my partner he played happy birthday and just made the night super special and memorable. This is our favourite place for a meal out at the moment!!

Loved it. We’ve been looking for a good sushi place close to where we live (Mossley) for a while now, the best being in Manchester. This is now our favourite restaurant, the sushi was gorgeous, the atmosphere pleasant and the staff were great. Have already booked to go back.

What a great experience! An excellent menu, not just sushi, and plenty of choice for non-fish eaters too. The atmosphere was warm and relaxed and service was exceptional. The food was very fresh and tasty and the chef does an amazing job. I can't wait to go again. Highest recommendation.
