I went here with my daughter thinking it would be a nice place to get some food. Turns out they fed her dog meat! We had no idea until the waitress said it AS SHE WAS EATING IT. Absolutely disgraceful she is now traumatised and will now start barking whenever she eats meat!!!

They broke the record for the longest I've ever had to wait to receive my order of Jollof Rice and prawns. 3 hours 15 minutes. Absolutely appalling. The music and vibes is not bad though. I just with grown men would remain grown men after having a drink or two.

Worse place to order food from even worseeee customer service, manager messed up my order multiple times with no remorse. When I finally got the correct order the food was rushed and hardly edible. Would not recommend this place to anyone not even to my worse enemy, if I could give 0 stars I would. Would never return, very poor service

I've been to this restaurant a few times, atmosphere and music ok however the manager is very rude and only seems to cater for his regular customers, last night I arrived with friends, tables available were reserved, manager said ppl had paid to reserve prior even though other ppl who came after was told the same but given reserved tables, he eventually reluctantly gave us a reserved table which was dirty and not properly cleaned, his attitude was take it or leave it as if he was doing us a favor, we tried ordering food but he said not available, we tried ordering remi martin of 95 pounds, he tried to tell us the price was different from the price list by inflating it to over a 100 and some pounds, he then dashed the menu on the table.Personally, when staff are not monitored, they become complacent and forget that customer service is paramount for ones business.I'm sure the owner is unaware of what is really taking place in the establishment. The manager certainly requires training or at the very least shown how to speak to customers who are paying his wages.Very disappointed. We left immediately, leaving behind the overpriced remi Martin unopened I may add! and his disgusting attitude!

The music is consistently good, which creates a vibrant energy. Lots of dancing and mingling with some good fun lovers. The food and service are intermittent.

If I could give 0.5 stars, that would be my rating. I am incredibly disappointed as I booked a table for Saturday 19th November a few months ago. My dad is in his late 70s and doesn't leave the house very often, so every outing is an excursion. We were running late so I called to let them know and was told that due to a private party, we couldn't have a table at the front that I had asked for when I made my booking. My dad struggles to walk very far, so this was very important to us.We arrived and taken to our table in the middle, so it was not too bad. There was only one waitress available. The private party had started and music was playing. We ordered our food and as we waited, the music got louder and louder. It felt like we were in a nightclub. I could barely hear my dad, who was sitting directly opposite me on a small table. It was only 4 pm in the afternoon. I asked for the music to be turned down a little, and nothing changed. We waited a long time for any food to arrive, and my dad started to look uncomfortable. The noise was simply too much! The starter arrived, and it was average (hence the 0.5 star).Next, the birthday party speech, where we were advised very loudly that the music would continue for a few minutes and then the party games would start. My dad and I agreed that we would take our food and eat at home. The party game began with the MC, a microphone too loud for such a small venue. We couldn't leave fast enough!I hate to give a bad review, especially as it was a child's birthday party. However my advice to the owners would be to close the restaurant to the public during such an event or ensure that you are able accommodate people in manner that they are able to eat their food in your restaurant. It was an afternoon booking and definitely wasn't an atmosphere for anyone not included in the party to eat and have any sort of conversation without shouting!I can't comment on the main meals as we have lost our appetite. It was an expensive takeaway! I am very sad that my dad wasn't able to enjoy his afternoon out.Due to the above, I will not go back to this restaurant again.Update: Food was average at best.

The waiting time is unacceptable at 50 minutes for a bean stew that came out as the wrong dish! The food didn't taste pleasant at all. The beans looked like dry beans and not bean stew. And the food was very overpriced. £13 for dry pushed beans and rice with served with a cooked tomato sauce! Not acceptable at all.The waitress charged us the wrong price for drinks. She charged us a lot higher then the actual price and had to be corrected. She also laughed when we asked for tap water alongside some drinks we ordered. How juvenile and rude. This restaurant doesn't understand good customer service or efficient delivery times for your food. The only good thing is the music and that can't compensate for the wrong over priced food being delivered. Maybe the management could train the staff, or maybe the management need to be trained themselves to provides a more acceptable level of service all around.

This restaurant takes the spot as the worst restaurant I’ve been to in the UK.My friends and I visited and ordered for food, we kept waiting for 2 hours (unwise of us I know) and our food never came, we then kept asking the manager why, he responded saying they were catering for a bulk party order and that’s why all orders placed inside the restaurant were on hold. Eventually after almost another 1 hour, the food later came, it was bland and again not exactly what we ordered, my friend’s food never came and when it eventually did he could only have 3 bites as he couldn’t stand the taste. The DJ also repeatedly kept blasting one Tuface face song from his Plantainshun Boiz time. If you know you want your money’s worth and want to experience a good dining experience, pls avoid this restaurant.
