Curtain Call

We used Curtain Call to fit Luxaflex blinds and Roman blinds and they have been just brilliant. The customer service from owner Pauline and her team - including son Phil and curtain fitter Jason - has been absolutely excellent. Their expert advice, attention to detail, friendly, helpful attitude has made the whole experience so easy and the end result beautiful. They have also gone the extra mile to help out, at our request, a disabled family member. This was my first time using them and I will definitely use them again. Highly recommend Curtain Call.

Just appalling customer service. The £300+ custom curtain rails didn’t come close to fitting. But according to the shop they were fine and are ok to be installed. Clearly that’s not the case as you can see in photos. I’m genuinely confused by the low level of quality and service from curtain call. We trusted them in the past and hence used them for this renovation project. Never again. This is a store to avoid!

Was lovely purchasing from them. They had the jellycat dragon I have been looking for a while. The staff was friendly when I phoned them up and the Dragon was wrapped in a fabric to protect it while transit!Lovely people. At least the Dragon was very happy when it came

I bought a Jellycat cat from Curtain Call as a spare to my daughter's beloved 'Meatball'. It arrived quickly, beautifully wrapped in fabric and even with a free gift of a 'clipbag' and a handwritten note. I will 100% buy from them again! Thank you :)

I have used Curtain Call for the first time this week as I was looking to buy some Jellycat toy gifts. What a wonderful service I have received! Two lovely soft items sent to me via post, beautifully packaged with care and creativity. A thank you card for my custom note included also. I had high hopes when I met Pauline - knowledgeable and quick to help me choose electric blinds for a flat I was completely renovating. Sadly they have had huge problems with Luxaflex with what should have been 5 weeks from order to install now running into months. Manufacturer delays followed by a mis-supply (known production bug issue according to an email from Luxaflex) meant a re-supply required on the living room blinds, install problem now means we are waiting another month for yet another replacement.All understandable if Curtain Call had kept me up to date but I have had to chase at every point, they are not proactive, and they simply say it is not their fault. Given that they insist on taking 100% of the order cost up front I have found their lack of customer service really surprising. A follow on large order for our house will be going elsewhere.

Phil gave a detailed explanation and advice at the shop, and while coming for the measurement he brought the sample books to make sure for the right choice. Their fitter works professionally and very polite. I recommend their service full heartedly.

Excellent service when we had a problem with a Luxaflex blind bought 5 years ago. Phil is very knowledgeable and sorted the problem in the shop - most retailers would have just told us to send it back to the manufacturer.

I can’t recommend Phil at Curtain Call highly enough - he’s been so helpful and kind. I first went to them last summer for some Luxaflex blinds for all the windows in my flat and it was an exemplary service from start to finish.I’ve just gone back to them for some curtains and a door curtain and again Phil’s been brilliant - not only with a quote for the new items but going out of his way to help fit some of the existing blinds to a new window I’d had to get after some damage to it.I would recommend them wholeheartedly and am so happy to have found them.
