Very rude when asked a question about help an a price with a hair style also turned around to colleague an laughed at someone that needed help very disappointed in the staff thought they supposed to be professional .

My daughter went to have a wet cut on her hair today, not only was she disappointed in the unwelcoming attitude of the staff but the cut was not very good. Though the condition of my daughters hair is not the best to over dying it and poor health, she was offered no advice nor did she feel that the service given was reflected in the £20 paid.Very dissatisfied with the whole experience and will not be visiting again. More importantly she felt unable to return to the shop to complain due to being made to feel unwelcome on her visit.

Had a great experience every time. Colours are great and Jayne is lovely. Very experienced hairdresser. I am worried about getting my hair coloured. But very happy and relaxed getting my hair done here. Kirsty and Mia are great too x

I’ve been going to Jayne’s hair boutique since it opened. I’ve had long, short, dark, ombré and blonde hair in that time. Each time Jayne and the team do a fantastic job. Mia has been colouring my hair for the past couple of years and is very good and Jayne always gets the cut so on point, people always comment on what a great cut it is.Cannot recommend this place highly enough! Thanks team ❤️

The ultimate experience, Jayne and her team are amazing. She never fails to deliver. My hair always feels amazing after every colour. Amazing Hair cut, I would not go anywhere else. The coffees great, too.
