It's every sweet-a-holics dream! From chocolate to fudge, hard boiled to soft chew sweets. I can't go in here without spending at least 20 pounds. Set in as a traditional old sweet shop in Kingston. Good value for money. Especially pocket money sweets

Usually very good service , , however I visited today and shocked to see the young female assistant being incredibly dismissive of the older Asian man assisting he . Telling him what to do whilst having her back to him so that he couldn’t understand her and then sighing loudly when he got it wrong.He probably won’t stick up for himself because he needs the job and therefore has to put up with such rudeness from a precocious sixteen year old brat

Beware of the sell by date!... I am not sure about the condition of the shop now, but last Christmas I bought a box of expensive biscuits for a Christmas present. I realised after the box was dusty and the sell by date was clearly taken off as there was remanence of the sticker. I was hesitant to give it as a gift for this reason and when I opened the pack I was shocked to see they were out of date by 7 months so they were binned! Money wasted. Very disappointing!

You'd think that these shops have been phased out in our high streets, but no, in this quiet corner of Kingston you can still get a wonderful range of traditional old sweets and nostalgic stuff. What a find. Don't know what to get? For £1 you can purchase a mystery bag.. have fun

Amazing service from all of the staff at Mr Simms in Kingston. They are always so happy and helpful. The sweets are just to die for! The pick and mix are my absolute favourite! The shop really does take you back to sweets from your childhood and has a nostalgic feel to it. You need to pay it a visit for sure! The best sweet shop in Kingston without a doubt!

Such a perfect little shop! If sweets and candy are your thing, then you need to stop by at Mr Simms. There is a large selection of sweet treats available and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you have a sweet tooth!!

Extremely overpriced. Very bad hygiene (shelved caked in dust). However, exceptional customer service from the two young girls serving me (one ginger one brunette). Really lovely and friendly. The icebreakers were good, and there was a good variety of flavours. Overall this would not be my go to sweet shop but it is perfect for a one off.
