I ordered ( by phone ) a hatbox with a pink and white flower arrangement as a birthday gift for delivery to a friend in Yarm .The flowers were stunningly beautiful , perfectly presented .I had very specific delivery instructions which they went above and beyond !First company to actually locate my friend and they helped her place them in her flat. They were also so polite and kind to her.I have sent 3 bouquets of flowers a year for many years from other florists but these are the best she said she has ever had . I shall be ordering all my flowers from here now for my friends in Yarm .I live 250 miles away and wish they had a florist here too. No more online deliveries from big chains again . This florist is a wonderful business with a great balance of customer care and beautiful quality products and service .Thank you . Great to know businesses like this still exist .

Just want to say a massive thanks to Diana Kaye florist for the beautiful flowers they delivered for me , as always they where absolutely stunning, I’ve had half a dozen bouquet of flowers now and wouldn’t use any one else. How very disappointing, I received the bouquet from my son on Mother’s Day and this was the state of them four days later!! and it isn’t the first time. I couldn’t of course say anything to my son as he ordered in good faith from London and it wouldn’t have been cheap.

I was over the moon with my recent wedding flowers, from the first meeting right through to delivery all my needs were met, I was listened to and got exactly what I was expecting, the flowers were gorgeous and the staff were very friendly and kept in good communication with myself - thank you!

Ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday and after only three days they are dry textured and wilting - I am extremely disappointed as others she received from other florists are still amazing as expected.

Victoria did the most fabulous job for my wedding flowers. The whole process from start to finish was perfect. She made my vision come to life and the flowers were classic and timeless.
