D-Upgrades - Aftermarket parts and accessories for Defenders

Gareth was brill! Currently restoring a 1984 Defender, obviously needed lots of parts, Gareth made getting these parts simple and easy, quick delivery also and found parts which even I couldn’t find online. He’s been a huge help to this Resto and will continue to use him in future!

I needed a specific set of spacers to mount my spare wheel unto my mantec spare wheel carrier. After searching around, Defender upgrades appears to be the only company stocking them. I called right away around 11am. I spoke to Gaz. He was incredibly helpful. I recommended an additional set I didn't know I needed, which was tremendously helpful. I received the package the following day and fitted them to the defender. I couldn't have asked for a better service and products. Highly recommended!

I have ordered items from Defender Upgrades on at least 3 occasions, based on their quick response to queries, quick shipping and competitive pricing. Gareth has responded to emails over weekends and at night, and has also provided assistance with answers when I have been unsure about how to fit items. I am very satisfied with my experience of using them on more than one occasion

I’m new to defenders and land rovers in general so am not knowledgeable with the lingo.I searched for local Land Rover companies and found Defender upgrades so gave them a try.I’ve since bought several items from them and found them to be massively helpful and easy to deal with.As I said I’m not familiar with these vehicles and they were very good at helping me identify and source the parts I needed without any of the snobbery you sometimes get with specialist marques (I often find specialists a little unhelpful with novices).Will be using the team for all my future land rover parts and they are presently looking into some more new suspension parts for me.First class service.

Contacted via WhatsApp out of hours as I needed a part urgently for a trip, got a near instant response and then confirmation of availability first thing the next morning, items were sent out straight away and arrived at 9am the following day meaning we could head off on our trip exactly as planned.Whilst I noted some historic bad reviews, my personal experience is very positive suggesting that there has been a significant change in how Defender Upgraded now operates and I'll certainly use them again for parts.

The gear on the Defender Upgrades website is priced really competitively, but I was a bit apprehensive ordering from here after reading some of the reviews, but from the point of making the order, through to delivery, I found the company to have good communication and delivered all the items I ordered in a timely fashion.Well done guys, keep up the good work.
