If you want your car to come back worse than when it goes in this is the place to go. They had my car in for a total of 35 days and couldn't find out what was wrong. I took it to another dealer and it was sorted within 7 days. Also my door was damaged whilst under their care.

Great service, booked in for a 'while you wait' 2hr service, arrived 2pm & left 4pm.No issues, extremely helpful & everything completed.

Sold a van to my husband that has never been right, constantly having problems with it. Was supposed to take it in today, but what a surprise it won’t start so he can’t even get it there. This is resulted in loss of income for us as a family as he needs the van to work. Avoid.

Ive bought a few second hand cars here over the years,and currently the one i owned now,I've never been pressured into buying one and its been pretty relaxing experience and they been always willing to help if you need it...and if you do get one,they do a follow up...telephone call to make sure your happy,i had one after two year from the person who sold me the car...so my personal experience,is a good one!!!!

I've bought 2 used cars from BF (a fiesta ST line in 2020 and recently a Focus Titanium). The salesperson (Brendan) was very helpful throughout the process, provided plenty of advice regarding different finance options without being pushy with the sale. I felt like they were able to get me a good deal and the quality of the cars has been excellent. Overall a trustworthy dealer and one I'd be happy to use again.

Booked my car in with Bridgend Ford very easily with a navigation fault. Was able to get dropped off by they driver but had problems pick up the car due to train strikes on the day and the driver offered to pick me up at my house as I live in there area. The two service advisors were very helpful and gave me up to date information. The vehicle was fixed on the same day aswell.

Came back as the last tyres the sold me were very cheap and pretty good too! Same tyres fitted today, guess where I am going next time?

Bridgend ford are very good at accommodating your needs. I was given a desk to work from while my car was in for a service, the service is reasonably priced and they provide a health check with video proof. The only complaints I have are that they said I needed to have a gear box taken out of my car for £1600 to check for a squeak on the gear stick, was told my warranty would be void as I changed a gear knob which isn't part of the drivetrain at all, then the mechanic said otherwise and said I have to get the centre console stripped.Turns out all I needed was £5 worth of grease on the gear linkages which was done after, if I hadn't known any better I'd be down almost £2000 so please be careful about what works they reccomend and get a second opinion.
