Wouldn’t go again sadly. Kids unsupervised sticking their fingers into all of the food. All chefs looked absolutely miserable except for the sweet lad on pancakes tonight who complimented my glasses. Food was mostly Asian. Not even plain rice or pasta or even any mash in the roast section. I come to buffets as I have a very complex eating disorder so I can pick what I want and add to it if I’d like but everything was very specific and mostly spicy. Would be much better if there were plain options that could be added to so people like myself can eat more than just the hash brown bites. Not very “beige” friendly as they said online. Chicken nuggets and chips and the rest was mostly Asian and I thought it was a world buffet not just an Asian one? ‘Sirloin’ steak was as thin as paper and cooked within an inch of its life like cardboard. Feel like the people cooking in front of you are not trained chefs at all given the quality of food they were doing and their sheer misery doing it. No ice also which was absolutely insane in any restaurant . Very disappointed with the food and the hygiene with kids dipping their fingers in everything, even sitting on the counters. Wouldn’t go unless you want to eat contaminated, horribly cooked food for a large price. Much prefer big Luke’s in the metrocentre as they have things you can choose to add to and kids aren’t sticking their fingers in everything.

Highly recommended. I loved this place, only for 9.95£ (for weekday lunch) I can have as much food that wanted, the food was lovely and lots of choices also a lot of dessert, sweets and cakes choices also available. but we have to pay additional for drinks. Will definitely return with my friends.

This was positively horrific. Going in the entrance my instinct was too immediately leave as soon as possible. Place was dark, and every surface was depressing and grey like some sort of prison movie. Was overcrowded with ferrel children running wild and the mindless parents that let them. Staff that looked dead behind the eyes for having to work in such an environment.The loyalty scheme" for pier toys was also rather out of place in somewhere trying to call itself a restaurant. Food was god awful. Everything that at least looked edible tasted the same (pretty much of nothing) some things like the prawns were very obviously not prepared correctly. (Deep fried in their shells!). Piped "Happy Birthday" music adding to an already obnoxiously loud place to eat. It didn't get better moving to the desert section. Cake tasted like it had been left in the cabinet a month and the cookies were soft and clearly stale.One of the worst experiences of eating out I have ever had in this world and I've seen a decent share of it. If you're going somewhere for food in Middlesbrough go literally ANYWHERE else. No one deserves this little slice of hell on earth."

A good selection but some food was cold. Some food wasn't that nice but also some of the food was lovely. Expensive for what we ate and bottomless drinks was pricey. Nice decor inside. Queue to get in was a bit squashed it was also the exit so people trying to get out. Clean around the food area, tables cleared quickly. Nice for a first visit but probably wouldn't go too often. Parking was 1.60 in the place we parked and was a 5 min walk away.

This place looked so promising especially as Ive been to other World Buffets, but was pretty dissapointing, the food quality isnt great and the selections apart from oriental food is very limited so shouldn't be called World buffet lol. There isnt many Halal options here so take that in note if visiting even though they will tell you there is. The desserts section is decent and the place looks great but overall dissapointing.

I was awaited by a large entrance to go into the small que. I don’t get why people say this is terrible because I have been multiple times and there service is always amazing greeting us on arrival and swiftly getting us in the restaurant. The food is always heated to the perfect temperature as to not burn mouths but also taste fresh. There is a wide variety of the foods that I loved and unlimited drinks to be refilled whenever you want. I came with my family that also adore this place. The atmosphere is lovely as to not make it look like a buffet but a masterpiece of architecture. I give the food a 5.0 because of the variety, temperature and taste. This restaurant is an all around 5 star lovely.

Absolutely rotten RAW chicken.Pulled one of the managers, and he's tried to tell me it's off the seasoning very poor attitude, trying to tell me to read a sign above it, then walked off. I'm sure there is nothing about raw chicken on the board.Never again.

Venue looks like it probably looked great when it opened! It's just not really maintained and you can tell the customers don't really respect it. The toilets were a mess and I saw kids running around, messing with the food more than once.The food itself was pretty good, the chicken didn't seem to be cooked in any of the dishes I tried, but the Chinese section was ok.
