Hubby uses this garage for repairs and MOT's. Although it's a small family business it's really big on Customer Service. To us they're really the best around and we wouldn't go anywhere else. If you want a garage that has excellent mechanics that doesn't have over the top charges then you need to go to Norwich Road Garage.

I've used this garage for years. They are always quick to see you, reliable and fair. I feel like they've always tried to get me the best deal for whatever work I've needed doing.... so I definitely trust them.

Can’t praise this garage enough. In my view they went beyond what was expected, even though problem arose over New Year weekend, they willingly accepted my car for repair (front road spring collapsed) they kept me fully informed as to the ‘state of play’ and I was very pleasantly surprised (in a good way!) the cost of repair. I will now be using them in future for all my servicing and M.O.T. ..

Second time ive used Norwich Road Garage for yearly MOT, picked my car up and delivered it back all within 3 1/2 hours. Very friendly and reliable. Will definitely use them again

*************BEWARE*****************Took my car here for an MOT yesterday.They failed my car on my full beam light bulbs not working. My full beam is used regularly and I know it was working when I took my car in.I went and had the bulbs replaced elsewhere. It turns out it wasn’t the bulbs. Someone had removed my F12 fuse from the fuse box.This garage wanted to charge me £45.00 to put my own fuse back into my car!!!!I definitely did not remove my own fuse in my own car so that it would fail an MOT.Disgusting behaviour from these people. How many others have they ripped off for hundreds or thousands of pounds!!!

Brilliant garage , urgent MOT needed and fitted me in next day , lovely friendly staff , knowledgeable mechanics and a great price even sorted out my tracking without charge after I mentioned a problem with it .Definitely my go to garage from now on .
