Professional Propertay

As a renter, I cannot recommend Professional Propertay more highly.The few small issue that we had with the flat during our 4 years of renting, were resolved within 2 days.We found Dal & Laura to be incredibly helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist us.In total, I have lived in rental accommodation for the last 15 years and I have never had any experience with a letting agent that has come close to the standard that I received from Professional Propertay.Had it not been for a change in personal circumstances, I think I would have continued renting from them for many more years

I was looking for a rental property on very short notice and Dal and Laura couldn't have been more helpful. They did everything they could to get me moved in as quickly as possible, always responsive and available to help. The one minor maintenance issue I had while I was there was dealt with quickly. Vacating the property went just as smoothly. I have now purchased a property, but if I was still renting I'd have no hesitation to use Dal and Laura again.

They take a very long time to reply to your calls/emails or to fix broken things in the flat. Don't expect them to help you when moving out of the flat.Their number one priority is to take your money, so don't expect them to give you support in managing the property.

Throughout the duration of my time with Professional Propertay, the staff have been so helpful, professional and quickly responsive. They have been great advisers, willing to answer any question at any time and have shown a real sense of care towards the needs of myself and my flatmate. They have been by far the best property management company I have dealt with during my years living in Dundee and I highly recommend them. Thanks for everything!

From the beginning Professional Propertay have been very helpful. When viewing a popular property, they accommodated a weekend viewing. This was ideal, as I work during the week and had to drive 2 hours to the property I was interested in. During the viewing, Laura was very inviting and helpful when showing us around multiple properties, on the Saturday morning. Upon securing the desired rented property, Dal has been incredibly helpful in ensuring we both had the correct paperwork in place prior to my check-in. Having rented multiple properties in the past, this has been one of the most seamless experiences in renting a property I've ever had, I would highly recommend Professional Propertay.

I have used Professional Propertay for some years now to find and validate tenants for a whole range of properties, small and large, and find their services to be quite excellent. They are easy to deal with, pleasant,very clear in what is required by landlord and tenant. The tenants supplied by PT are very good and some are still renting 8 years on! PT help with agreements, the ever changing legislation, gas certs, legionella, electrical certs, etc. They will even manage your properties for you. They do what they say they will do. You can trust them implicitly. I would use no one else and would unhesitatingly recommend the company.

Laura and Dal have been very helpful from the beginning. Laura is very friendly and did very thorough introduction and explanation about the flat during flat-viewing. The rental processes are clear and smooth. Dal kept me well-informed about the rental processes and did an excellent job in sorting out the paperwork for me. They also answered my questions and dealt with my problems promptly when I needed help after I moved in. I would 100% recommend Professional Propertay.

Anything I say will not be enough to express my words of praise for Dal and Laura. From accomodating me with a viewing when Id gone to Street instead of Avenue- to helping me move in! The whole process was smooth and transparent. They allowed me to take my time in viewing the property and to ask allll the questions I wanted. The property I was in was beautiful and so perfect. I have recommended them all around. No matter what time of day or what query you have- Professional Propertay resonates with its name! All matters have been handled kindly and professionally. I have has no issues with getring theough to them via all sources of telecommunication and emails. Tbey have always responded timely. I did message after I emailed knowing how busy a work day can get so I always got confirmation. Theyve made me feel cared for. I remember locking myself out one day and Laura rushed right over to help me out. Another time my shower stopped working. It was a Sunday and Dal responded to my text and said someone would be right over. Another time they called to check in on me and told me I could ask them for anything I needed. Theyve guided me in the right direction from masalas to Restaurants ! You cannot go wrong in choosing them to help you find a home to live in. Truly through and through- Professional Propertay has been incredible in helping above and beyond their call of duty. Thankyou so much for everything!

Laura was really lovely when showing us a possible rental. Unfortunately we didn't get picked by the landlord however they suggested an alternative property which we are now moving into!The only constructive criticism I would give is that replies to emails aren't as quick as I'd like but this is a great family run business who come across as really caring about their landlords and tenants.

I have had a great time working with Professional Propertay as a resident of one of their properties. Dal and Laura were very helpful in assisting me to find and lease a great apartment and helping me get settled in.
