Bad quality toys. Received one of their products as a gift (Whack-A-Mal Game) but was faulty, bought another one because my kid was upset, the second one had exactly the same issue. The retailer told me to contact the manufacturer, HTI relied that their manufacturers are in the Far East"

I purchased an Evo Scooter from HTI for my step-daughter's birthday and it was a total hit. She loves it and despite a lot of use, it's still in great condition and feels good quality. Service was brilliant too - highly recommend and will be back for my Christmas presents!

Did a valet for some of the staff at the company and the staff were very nice and polite. I was in the waiting area and looking at the toys displayed, as a collector of toy cars, I was very impressed at the scale of quality on show in the waiting area. Very impressed and hope they liked my services. 5* company

Appalled by the content- granted the product is possibly based around the fact it's a bath bomb-however, have a very unhappy and dissappointed 11 year old. If you cannot match what is on the packaging even a little bit then I suggest you put it as a lucky dip and take pot luck with the content. Doesn't even resemble anything like

My son loves anything cars, I purchased him this colour change from my local shop for Christmas it don't all line up plus the part I'm pointing to come with two outside pieces so can build the smal bridge.

Bought evo 6 kids car. Put together yesterday. Drive shaft pin broke after 1 day. Fashioned a new part & fixed.10 minutes later, the connection between motor & back wheel broke. The cog & housing isn’t designed properly, so it doesn’t fix in properly.Battery emits a worrying smell. Im not sure I want my kids driving around in a mobile fire-risk.I don’t care about the money, but obviously seeing one of your kids excitement replaced by tears is horrible.Cheap rubbish manufactured in China with a ‘made in Britain’ tag is my guess, but I hope I’m wrong.

Absolutely terrible quality and equally bad customer service. Purchased a crane for my 3yr old and it lasted all of 5 minutes. Cheap Chinese made toy . Don’t waste your money !
