I was pleasantly surprised with the speed of service and responsiveness. I came for change of car battery. I was offered visit at home if battery was flat.Additionally, the young mechanic fixed my badly put wheel cover that stopped me from putting air in. Fab service. Recommending

Limped in with a failed wheel bearing on 160,000. Asked them to replace all 4 just in case. 25,000 later another 2 have failed. Did you replace them all or are you using sub standard parts. Would love to see an invoice where you bought 4 wheel bearings on my repair day!UPDATEGiven that they have replied and offered to show an invoice for purchased parts is a good gesture however I'm sceptical that two bearings would fail from new within 25000 miles and proof of purchase is not proof of fitting. I have increased my 1 star to 4 stars as I will give you the benefit of the doubt.

Only used MSC once and won’t again.I’ve never put a car into a garage then they leave suspension components off, forget to put parts of the brake calliper back on, and tell you the supplied parts aren’t correct when they were, just to get you to buy parts from them at double the retail cost.Then they don’t give you the supplied parts back with the car.When you question them about the missing parts you are then lied to. Told one story that they forgot, then someone else forgot and won’t return the car to how it was when it came in, unless you pay again.The mechanics there are cowboys. Save yourself the hassle, avoid this garage and take it to somewhere trustworthy and who does things by the book.Avoid!!

I had my brake pads and discs changed which was very expensive.In addition, I had a bad tyre and they told me they would fix it, and charged me. Tomorrow morning it was same. I re-showed them but they said it’s not fixable and tyres need replacement. Waste of money!

They have been so helpful to me. AA got me to the garage at 6pm. They were so kind and offered me a lift home. Then the following day, the ordered the parts, fixed my car and had me back ion the road by the afternoon. I was so grateful. Would recommend.

I believed what I read from most of the customers review and went there for the first time but I would totally disagree and put off from their service and will never ever go again.- They left couple of screws from the bonnet until I saw it and asked them to put it back.- Engine under tray missing see the picture of the proof.- Bonnet catch lever female hose open and left it and can see the proof of the picture.- Nobody was guilty about my report and said genuinely sorry for what they did to my car.
