What a fabulous company!From the speedy response to my enquiry all the way through to the actual job Big Clean Machine were courteous, professional and punctual!I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

These guys did a fantastic job and are so conscientious and take pride in their work (which is a rarity). My patio was in a horrible state and now it's gleaming. The before and after photos speak for themselves.

I recently used Big Clean Machine to clean my front garden paving stones & back garden patio. Both areas were laid some10/15 years ago were very dirty especially the patio which was covered in black lichens & no matter how many times the Karcher machine was used on them they never looked clean & the black spots remained.I had two lengthy conversations with Bill- he was very knowledgable & also very patient with me whilst explaining the process.I admired the politeness extended to me & my neighbour whose garden they used for the hose access. I was really impressed with their attention to detail & the care they showed throughout. A number of people passing my house have commented on how lovely the paving stones look now & as I walk towards the French doors into the garden it’s as though I’m living in a new place the transformation is amazing. The pink & beige patio slabs have cleaned up beautifully & the black lichen spots have gone-it looks new.I’m so pleased with the result & highly recommend the Big Clean Machine who I would certainly use again.Irenee Shafei

Fantastic first class job, Very efficient and extremely professionalBill and his brother came on time and worked really hard. They were friendly, polite with excellent communication skillBill discussed the requirement prior to starting. He has vast knowledge of chemicals and their effects on different types of dirt on various slabs. He was very careful around the lawn and plants. Left everything clean and tidy. The end results were brilliant. I had so many positive comments from family and friends for my patio! I will be using him again and have no hesitation recommending him

We couldn’t be happier with the transformation of our large York stone terrace. Big Clean were professional and courteous from the first contact to the last, and the result on our terrace was better than we could have hoped for - don’t skimp on companies with lesser machinery who quote less - these guys really know what they’re doing and care about what they do.

I had my drive and back garden patio cleaned yesterday and I couldn't be happier, over the years I've pressure washed it myself or had someone come with a petrol washer to do it... But yesterday was a whole different level, I really hadn't expected my pavings to look as great as they do, due to the age of them but it really looks like I've had them re-laid. I've even had my neighbours know and ask to see the back in admiration, haha! The guys themselves are perfectionists and they worked hard, would I recommend them... 100% yes. Fantastic result. Bill and Adam did a splendid job on my Mum's patio in Enfield. Their skilful use of the steam jet wash removed decades of grime and moss, returning it to its former glory! The team also were highly professional, making sure any dirt that may have sprayed on to walls and windows was carefully cleaned off. Highly recommended!

Can’t praise the Big clean team enough! You could tell speaking to Bill on the phone that he knew his stuff, is very professional and so decided to go with them. They managed to clear our driveway a day earlier than planned, arrived promptly and did a fantastic job! The driveway looks newly laid now! Great family run business. I highly recommend them
