They even delivered it for me free of charge, and the lady was the most friendlness person I could of met. The car was so beautiful and immaculate, higher than what I expected. I first came here just before xmas last year in need of a car, after losing my last one in an accident. I was heavily pregnant at the time. Im a bit dubious of car sales people, especially being a female as the industry doesn't have a great reputation. However, the boss here, Trevor, really helped me. I found a car that was just in and hadn't been listed yet and it was perfect for my needs. It needed a few things doing to it and Trevor sorted it all out without any hassle. I was also on a tight timeline to get it before everything shut down for xmas and somehow he made it happen. There was no pressure to buy from them, and they let me test drive the car I'd picked out at my leisure. It was a completely different experience to any car buying experience ive had from other dealerships both in the UK and overseas.The vehicle came with a 12 month warranty and there has been one thing that needed doing in that time and Trevor took care of it for me, even though the car was 300miles away from where I bought it. I have since been back once as I needed and ac refill during the heatwave and not only did they sort it out right there in their on site workshop, while I waited, they also then didnt charge me for it. They even made me a cup of tea while I waited. So i have nothing but good things to say about Alpha Cars.They really are family oriented and from my experience look after their customers.. have to give them 5 stars for customer service. They also had a vast selection of cars from modest to high end to suit most budgets. They also helped me with financing. So I strongly recommend anyone in need of a car to pay them a visit.

Lovely family run business, Trevor is a delightful gentleman who was always there to help and advise. One issue that cropped up was resolved by the owner Martin and his daughter driving a courtesy car all the way to Norfolk to pick up our Jeep and get the issue resolved. The company is easy to speak to and always happy to help any issues that cropped up. Would definitely buy from them again, they are a rarity in the world of car dealerships actually seeing to want to take the trouble to help customers

We have recently bought a Range Rover front Alpha, and they were extremely helpful in sorting out our purchase with some extra unexpected treats.Michael and Trevor are very easy to deal with, and the car choices are great as there's some unique one owner and low mileage cars at competitive prices.I certainly would recommend them as a reputable car dealer.

Quick stop at Alpha Cars in Catterick for an Engine management light issue with my C Class. Immediately they checked it out took the car for a spin. Too interested in selling two overpriced tyres than actually correctly diagnosing a vibration from the car. Refused to move the front wheels to the rear axel to fully diagnose the fault. Audi have just inspected the car and found a worn drive shaft is the cause. Avoid at all costs.

Unbelievable Focus RSTravelled to see the white one owner focus rs 14k 1 lady owner. Car was impeccable only slight browning of sub frame which needs only minor cosmetic work to make the car pristine. Met a genuine car salesman and a gentleman not many around trusted me with the car but unfortunately getting out of my FType Jag I just couldn’t get away with the ride. Even tho I would garage the car. I hope someone snaps up this car soon as a genuine lovely example
