I had a great experience. The team was very welcoming, and Hakan was very knowledgeable. He really listened to what I wanted and was very meticulous with the cut, layering, and colouring. The staff was also very friendly the entire time. I highly recommend this salon and will definitely go back!

I had a nice hair cut, nice wash, excellent customer service. I left the salon feeling a like going on stage, absolutely beautiful blow dry by Kadir.

Price gauging. One of the ladies tried to charge me £100 for an arm wax, which is extortionate, and told me that’s how much arm waxes are and tried to extortionate me. Thankfully I did not end up paying this but it was very unprofessional.

Jake is the best hairstylist I ever had. I can highly recommend him.

Walked in for a hair colour at short notice. The first guy I spoke to was enthusiastic but didn't speak English. He quoted me £100. His English-speaking colleague then spoke to me about what I wanted and said it was £110. I decided to go ahead anyway.Once my hair was washed after the colour, the English speaking colleague asked if I wanted it blow dried and of course I said yes. I wasn't planning on walking out of a salon with wet hair. He then said That's an extra £50 by the way". Of course at this point I didn't have any choice but to continue. He also said I needed to pay rightaway as they were closing for Easter. So my hair wasn't even finished at this point.My hairdresser was doing one other person's hair whilst also doing mine - I don't have problem with this

I found out about Hakan Kose after reading about him on a newspaper. I was looking for an expert to colour my daughter's hair with minimum damage to her delicate hair that was previously bleached. He was very professional and informative, explained each step with detail. Thank you so much for a top service, using high quality products which didn't give her allergic reaction, offering drinks and snacks!! I am so pleased to find HK London Hair -my daughter is very happy with the result:)
