We have bought several ezydog products. We’re on our second pair of collars and harnesses but our most current harness failed resulting in our dog tearing out of it. Luckily it was in a safe environment but I’m not sure I’d buy another one now. We still use the collar but it’s a shame as I really the designs of the ezydog products but when it comes to durability it’s a big negative. The harness is probably 2 years old, so out of warranty but I expected it to last longer

Whilst the harnesses and leads (both red) that we bought were of a very good quality, the colours did not match. Being in the textiles industry, I am well aware that there can be a slight difference in colour but this is too much of a difference.I thought I would let the company know but they were not interested in the slightest. More like condescending and said it's not our problem, go and speak to whoever you bought it from. When I spoke to the first lady, she had never even heard of Fetch!I would have thought they would be interested and would investigate but obviously customer service is not important to them, just sales. I wasn't after a refund as it was not bought through them, just some acknowledgement and that they would look in to it..

Bought a Denim Collar to replace my dog's old collar. I think it looks really nice and suits her. The collar seems really sturdy and I like the soft padded feel inside the collar. Quick Delivery. Defiantly recommended.

I have two Ridgebacks and your harnesses and leads are first class. Robust, strong and fashionable. I have the saddle bags on the boy and we do get a few looks! Recommended!
