How can the FCA allow this company to have a license to trade still. Solicitors and clients have been calling and emailing them for over 2 months with no response. They have been paid for a management pack 6 weeks prior and have not responded. This is beyond a joke. Financial ombudsman, PRA or FCA must act now to protect vulnerable clients. zero star rating

I echo the other reviews, paid a higher fee for the management pack in “2-3 days “,still waiting over 2 weeks later, no answer on the phone, no reply to my solicitor and my emails, holding up my house sale, absolutely shocking, please just do your job all square that I paid you promptly for

We are buying a house and about half way through the sale we were informed that we were waiting for a management pack which was to be sent by this company. Despite it taking nearly 5 weeks to complete and numerous attempts to get through to on the phone, I rang up on behalf of my sellers solicitor in an attempt to move the process along and got through to your friendly and helpful adviser, Sophie. She assured me that the required document would arrive in 3 days time as they also understand the current situation we are in (currently living at my partners parents), and to my surprise, it arrived the next morning. So all in all, even though it was very difficult to get through to them initially and having read some of the reviews online, once we were through, they have managed to sort our issue out asap, for which I am grateful. Thank you.

After trying to call them and waiting on hold for over 10 minutes every time I have given up as they were after money and never pick up so I woukd advised to stay clear from them

My buyer is in need of getting a Deed of variation done before selling and this is the law firm dealing for the management of the property. We can’t progress without this. We established that the DOV was needed 6 weeks ago and they have not done anything yet and the process from start of application can take 6-10 weeks, which obviously hasn’t begun.Cant get through to them. After 15 minutes on hold they cut the call off. Please avoid at all costs. Clearly from reviews they are happy to take money asap but not do the work!

If there was a no star review this lot would get it, uncontactable! Im 5 months in of a purchase (flat) with NO CHAIN. Avoid at all costs.

I moved into a house 16 months ago and they still haven't set me up as a resident. Try to call....just on hold for forever and no ability to leave a message. They also don't reply to emails.

Appalling. Totally unresponsive, I have never experienced such poor communication. Avoid like the plague.

NEVER USE THESE SOLICITORS... They don't answer the phone, just want you to leave a message they never answer. Then email them you are wasting your time. An absolute nightmare trying to speak to someone! Beyond USELESS.

AtROCIOUS does not begin to cover the appalling service ( or lack of it from this escuse for a company )I sold two apartments over a year ago, yet they continue to invoice me for the service charge.I have written to them SEVEN times and NEVER received a replyI have phoned them numerous times and left messages on their answer machine and NEVER received a replyOne of the WORST companies I have ever had the misfortune to attempt to deal withHow they are still in business is beyond meonly giving one star because minus ten is not an optionAPPALLING - APPALLING - APPALLING !
