My only contact has been by telephone and I found the service very helpful. The staff were polite and professional when giving information and advice. Telephones were answered quickly. The service is free and informative and I can highly recommend.

They answered the phone but had to do extensive enquiries with the legal system before further steps can be used to recover my losses by thieving Bailiffs that think they can just walk into an office and help themselves.

Rang 4 times off mobile no answer !! So rang off house phone. Answered straightaway the number comes up on there phones at the offices !!!Laura on phones in Carmarthen!! I have been ringing Sins last week to find out what is happening with my debts and to find out who I seen as I can't remember. I can't beilieve how rude and unhelpful she was

I had support in 2013 when Mandy helped me to make some sense of the situation I was in, when facing the brutal Austerity methods employed by DWP. Mandy is no longer with CAB Carmarthen sadly but the professionalism and empathy I received was exceptional. and resulted in a successful Tribunal and successful ESA claim. I would once let my frustrations be directed at the CAB, but considering the FREE legal advice that they offer daily, I can only praise all the staff of CAB Carmarthen.
