I bought some lovely metal sculptures from this company at a Garden Show, several years ago. The birds (a large heron and some small ducks) still look lovely but I felt they might benefit from some varnish or lacquer to help protect them. Having contacted the company to ask what I should do, they have called and emailed me with loads of helpful advice. Good products, excellent customer service and delightful friendly people.

Recently I purchased a wooden Pinocchio from Traveller Finds. Lacey contacted me by email and then went to great effort to insure the puppet was delivered to me in Ireland. Initially the site (Amazon I think) said they don't deliver to Ireland but they do, well, Lacey does. I even got a refund as the postage cost was cheaper !! Excellent customer service. My friend said it was the most touching surprise present she has ever received!! Thank you Lacey for making that happen.Helen Wicklow

Awesome service. Even in lockdown they were very responsive. I received a very friendly emailoffering me the chance to select specific pieces based upon a selection of photos. They were really responsive offering to include a note to the recipient when she found out it was a gift. I love the range they have. Would recommend to anyone.

This is the second time we have purchased these unique hand crafted metal products as gifts and will be back again. The service is second to none Kes and Lacey could not be more helpful and even phoned when exact type of lizard was not available and sent pictures of others to choose from. It feels more like dealing with friends than a simple commercial transaction. I hope their business grows, they deserve it.

I've been given a set of the geckos as a present, very colourful and pretty, but badly designed in the fact that the mounting fixings are behind the main part of the piece and and can't be used without damaging the item.

Kes and Lacey are amazing! We found their two fantastic wardrobes... Made from solid teak...but had issues with the van hire on a bank holiday... So they arranged this for us, and very cheaply, too! Gent who delivered them even helped get them in the house... There is no way we could have done that ourselves. The quality is better than anything we've seen elsewhere... the price was great...and customer service was first class. I've asked if they have any bookshelves now! Cheers for all your help... And good luck with your shows....

I have recently purchased a very charming recycled metal pheasant, which looks lovely in my garden. The quality of the product is excellent. The metal shines beautifully in the sunshine, & it’s so well made that there aren’t any rough edges, which you often find with similar products.I found the customer service very good when I made an enquiry at a stand the company had, at a local show I attended.The service & despatch was excellent, very prompt.I will definitely order from them again. There’s lots of lovely products, & endless gift ideas.

I thoroughly recommend this company, lovely products, and Lacey could not have been more friendly and helpful! After visiting the stall at Gloucester Quays Victorian market I wanted to purchase a child’s stool. I visited their new premises yesterday and wish them every success!
