I have previously had 4 fire installed by Ben Nicholsons; 3 x log burning stoves and a gas fire, and found them excellent, in the past.However, I have been trying to get them to come out and look at a slight problem I have with a stove flue for over 10 months now and they are just not interested!The current owner (that took over from BN) says he has no Duty of Care and that I should try some other company if I want the problem fixed!I would not recommend Southwest Stoves & Fires to anyone!!!

Asked this company for a estimate to have a fire installed. Quoted £4000. Very expensive company. Another company has quoted £2500 for the same fire Install. This company is a rip off.
