Very quick to respond to my request and arranged an engineer to visit. The engineer was great (Douglas Sneddon) he took time to explain what he had done, very efficient and friendly.

Absolutely excellent service. The engineer rang me to say he was in nearby Truro and would be with me directly. He was very friendly and efficient, and boy, did he know the printer! Brilliant, serviced and cleaned it as well as showing me how to deal with difficult paper jams. Top marks.

Didn't have much positive hope when I first rang for service request but, frankly very responsive company. Quote was sent promptly. The appointment was set immediately after payment. Reasonable cost. Appointment followed on timely manner - I missed the call but, left the message for me before arrival. Recommended.

Excellent service. Reported issue with copier on Friday and engineer attended 09:30 Monday morning. Copier repaired and everything back up and running within 20 minutes . Lovely pleasant engineer. Will definitely use again :-)
