The entire team at this agency was highly professional and efficient, providing outstanding support throughout the process.Each member of the team played a crucial role in making my experience positive and enjoyable. My colleague was dead set on buying his first home with his Mrs.They arrived early to view the pictured property and were waiting for 30 minutes for Leanne the estate agent.Leanne called to say she running 15 minutes late and then the office called to say she would be 2 minutes.Another 30 minutes passed and no one showed up. The office number rang out from 5pm as no one answered the office phone number. The office was ment to be open until 5.30pm.To make matters worse it was especially cold that day! (Freezing and below).It shouldn't be this hard to buy a house! You would think the agent would want to make commission!Poor service and communication.Disappointing!

From start to finish, nothing was to much trouble. Exactly what they said would happen, did happen. My experience with Whitegates has been absolutely positive so far. I chose Whitegates due to friends having positive experiences, and a branch being local to where I live. I met with Amber at first, she worked very quickly and efficiently with photographing the house, which was put on sale that very day. I was kept informed of all viewings which I really appreciated. A few days later I was informed of progress by Leeanne. Leeanne was great, she worked so hard to get a fair offer for me, I can't thank her enough! There are a few more things to finalise but I am overjoyed, all this achieved in less than 3 weeks, this has been so much quicker & stress-free than I anticipated, I would highly recommend Whitegates to anyone!

Leeanne has been brilliant with our buying process so far. As FTB it’s a daunting process but Leeanne called us immediately to tell us all the documentation we would need and put our offer forward to the seller almost immediately which resulted in our offer being accepted. She even arranged calls with mortgage advisors and sent over quotes for conveyancing while the offer was going through, making everything as easy and slick as possible. Hard to believe how quickly things are moving with the help of Leeanne and everyone at White Gates Walton Vale.

This estate agency provides a very efficient and professional service without being impersonal. Amber Purcell is clearly very experienced and this, together with her local knowledge of the area, led to sound advice in helping to present the house for sale.
