Old Fletton Surgery
It a nightmare getting an appointment at this surgery. There's one excuse or another to avoid giving a face to face slot and the only thing they'll offer is an online/phone consultation - never at a particular time of course so there's every possibility you'll be on the loo when they ring. I've been a patient of this practice for more than 30 years and they have deteriorated so much I see no option but to find a new GP.

Very disappoined with this surgery lately. The empathy of Reception staff is not like they used to be.They Used to be really kind and understanding. Endless e consults, how can an e consult sent at 8.40am and no appointments, for an urgent infection? Even 111 tried the surgery for me. The 48 hr call bk service is not working, holding your mobile for 2 days in your hand. Receptionists not passing on information to clinicians. Medical records not being read properly,reluctance to offer face to face app.

Not very happy at all. I'm a pregnant woman that has been prescribed low dose aspirin. Completely run out and the doctors couldn't renew it for me, they said doctor had to sign theletter but on my hospital letter it said please prescribe until duration of pregnancySo here I am walking out the doctors without my meds I need for my pregnancy...and the worst thing is its just aspirin.

Making appointment is nightmare. Poor service. Received message saying they couldn't contact after e-consulting and when I called the wait was more than 30 minutes literally.

I tried to get help for my mental health today. After a few moments, I gave up because the lady kept telling me that she couldn't hear me and when I told her that I was having a problem with my well-being, she asked me how she could help me? I just called them to tell me what to do.

Absolutely USELESS.On the odd occassion that you do get through your told that their is no appointments or they give you something on another day that is completely inconveinient!These people seem to think money grows on trees and people can just take days off whenever they feel like it.Also the massively condecending tone of the receptionists trying to imply that its our fault if we don't get through in time.Pathetic service!!!!!!!! i will never use them again, your better off going to the walk in centre

For an NHS ‘on its knees’…my family had an excellent, courteous and efficient service today! 8.15am phonecall answered within 7ish minutes- urine sample tested, 2 phone consultations with medics and a face to face appointment- all before midday! Thankyou for your hard work and professionalism team. Our family (including 2 asthmatics and a poor unlucky sausage that has had covid thrice!) have always found your practice to be there for us when we need it- we appreciate you.

Called today. The receptionist was very helpful. I was lucky enough to get a call back fromthe GP as there had been a cancellation. The GP listened to my concerns and arranged some tests. Thankful for good service
