Well to find a tradesman who both answers his phone and turns up when they say they are going to is a hard find these days ( we’ll definitely for me ) . You won’t go wrong with John . Tells you straight away his call out fee and estimate for the job and if he thinks he can help . My oven is a very old one with a door that squeaked on opening , so when it suddenly stopped warming up and just thought on no new oven and I don’t need that at this moment in time . John arrived and it was the filament that had gone and yes he had one in his van . The most difficult part was putting the door back on as the squeaking noise was a screw missing - but John managed to find it in an oven that was not the cleanest ( sorry mum ) and had the patience of a saint putting the door back on . Gave me good advice about getting another oven to save me money . Great guy and can highly recommend. He fixes many different appliances and I am glad I have found John . He charged exactly what he said on the phone , even though it took him much longer than he thought to do the job due to the door . Thanks John for finding that screw .

Excellent & very prompt service. Phoned earlier this morning to report fault on my washing machine, explained the problem & was advised of the call out fee & repair costs. John came a few hours later & my washing machine was fixed and the repair costs were as previously stated. Would definitely use John again, thank you

Although John didn’t come round to help us, I would have no hesitation in recommending him. I phoned him up about my dryer tripping the electrics so he gave some advice. It didn’t work (he didn’t really expect it to but it was worth a try) so we ended up buying a new one. He could have very easily come round and charged a fee but didn’t. Very refreshing these days!

Rang John regarding my dryer being broken, advised a few quick fixes before coming out to save me money from the start, then when they didn’t work he came out promptly and fixed the issue, friendly and reliable, would recommend time and time again

What a lovely man. John came to fix our electric oven but unfortunately as it had a gas hob wasn't able to. He recommended someone who was registered to deal with gas . He was kind enough not to charge a call out fee as he lived close by. Thanks for your help John.

John came within two hours of my call and did a superb job. His call out fee is also the cheapest I could find. An excellent and friendly service
