Great Academy for children and adults.With their help my son has grown from being a shy and anxious boy, to becoming a young boy with ambition and focus. His older brother has excelled in his physical awareness and the lessons have improved his self confidence.For me its helped me stay fit and healthy.

Master David has an amazing ability to teach and look after children. He has a special aura about him. An amazing person. I would recommend him without any hesitation. My 8 year old has learned so much from him. I love the respect and discipline he teaches. 10 out of 10 to you Sir!

Tan'Gun Taekwondo Academy - Martial Arts Classes
The care shown at TanGun is immense especially when injuries prevail. Master David really tries so hard to help you achieve your goals. Unfortunately I have had to stop training due to persistent injury, but having been with the club since 2007, I highly recommend taking a look and trying out this martial art under the guidance of a true expert. Thank you so much to the Academy for training myself and my three children.

I've been attending Tun'Gun Academy since March 2022 and thoroughly recommend it to all. It's been fantastic for both my physical and mental health. I'm not sure i'm supposed to enjoy exercise this much.I've trained with all ages and abilities and the instructors will push you to achieve your best but never go too far.It's a welcoming environment and everyone trains with a smile.I'm keen to get my children involved once they're a suitable age as I can see it's a great benefit to young and old alike.

Took my son to a few sessions just before the summer break. He seem to enjoy it. When I wanted rejoin the class, master David did not answer my calls or messages. Waited 5 months then found another place. Still don't understand why he never got back. Very disappointed!

My daughter has been attending classes for just over 4 years starting just before turning 5. As a father who suffered from shyness as a boy I wanted my daughter to develop confidence and as well as that she has gained so much more. Master David has been key to that. A larger than life character, who has a rare connection almost instantly with the children. Garnering an environment of discipline and mutual respect. I cannot recommend this place more strongly. We don’t live in the area but couldn’t think of going anywhere else!.

My son and I both train with Master David and have been doing so for 2 years. David is very knowledgable and always makes the classes fun for the children as well as progressing them though the belts. Every instructor at the academy has the same level of expertise and I cannot recommend the school highly enough.

If you are looking to take your child to Taekwondo, this is the place to go.My daughter has been attending since the end of April this year, she has already completed 2 gradings and has gone up by 5 belts already. She is so proud of herself!My daughter went to build her confidence, and this has done so much more. She will tell you everyone is so friendly, kind and that she loves it.Master David and his team are wonderful. Nothing is ever an issue, always on hand to help and are so welcoming and friendly.Thank you to everyone at Tan’Gun for everything you have done for my daughter, your kindness, your fab sessions and the confidence you have given my daughter.Keep doing the amazing work.
