Marvelous.... Just when l needed netting there it was, nothing was an issue. Nice welcome, my enquiries were dealt with effeciently and l managed to get what l needed.I could have easily spent more time, but l was on a mission and managed to get back and hang the curtain.It's a lovely spacious shop, if your lucky there is parking outside. What l could see there was a great selection of material and cushions available.

We were moving house and needed curtain poles and tracks, curtains and blinds. Woolgars made the whole process very easy from start to finish and I’m absolutely delighted with everything they have done - especially with the curtains which look amazing.

Amazing customer services. Staff incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable. Advice given from helping choosing the right materials, from the correct sizing of the blinds to the fittings. Would happily recommend and use again.

A friend called yesterday (25/01/2021), to enquire regarding Austrian festoon drapes (six large windows). I had to comment to the response of the representative of this establishment...... It was unacceptable.Stating, ' we have not made these curtains for thirty years and we are not interested in making them'.WHY!Well all I can say, under the conditions that prevail within the retail and leisure industry this shop does not endear one to excellent customer service or needs ££££££££.I have always supported local business within Richmond, and this is even more paramount as our town is going through a transition, but others don'tGOOD LUCK WOOLGAR. !!!!!

I have just had some made to measure black out blinds fitted by Woolgars.They were expensive but worth it as they fit perfectly and are excellent quality.Robert who measured and helped me choose the type and colour was meticulous in his approach as was the person who fitted them.In addition they came earlier than expected.I highly recommend using this family business .

We have used Woolgar recently for a roller blind, a Velux concertina blind, a Roman blind, and some cushions, and I cannot fault them for either the quality of work or the customer service. Robert is consistently helpful and responsive, and even threw in a free cushion for us so the remainder of our fabric wouldn’t go to waste. Would not hesitate to recommend them; will definitely use them in the future, and great to support a local independent business too.

I can’t recommend Woolgars highly enough. They created a bespoke brass pole for our bay window and made curtains to fit. Everything was perfect. Robert took full responsibility for delivering the project and everyone I dealt with was lovely throughout. Exemplary service and product finish. Thanks Robert and team!

I can absolutely echo Louise’s review. Woolgars made and fitted 2 sets of Roman blinds in our bedrooms and altered and rehung some existing curtains. The measuring, making and fitting was of top quality and service was friendly and impeccable. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
